"Stop right there!"
It was the start of the normal day of police officer Elyssa and criminal Kirsten.
Kirsten would always steal things and possibly kill some people.
Elyssa has always tried to stop her as a police officer.
The two used to be best friends.
Until one day, Elyssa got offered a job at the Police Station.
Right after, Kirsten started stealing things and killing people because of rage.
Their friendship broke, causing them to split ways.
And now they were back to the normal chasing.
Elyssa took out her gun as Kirsten took out hers and they both pointed it at each other.
"Officer Elyssa, this is Chief Isela speaking, do you have the criminal with you?"
Elyssa looked at her walkie talkie.
"Mm," Elyssa managed to say.
"Good. I am sending Jina and Natalie to help you," the chief said back.
Elyssa looked back at Kirsten, who was smirking.
"Who thought our friendship would turn into this?" Kirsten asked.
Elyssa tightened her grip on her gun and glared at Kirsten.
"You know, I did not ask for this."
Kirsten simply laughed.
"I can't believe you, a shy and quiet girl, would go out, become a police officer, and try to kill her former best friend," Kirsten pulled out a second gun.
"I believe it isn't your place to say that to me, Kirsten. I cannot believe that you, an outgoing person, became a criminal capable of causing this city's destruction," Elyssa said back.
All Elyssa had to do was stall until Jina and Natalie got there to help her.
"Are you stalling for someone, perhaps? Because you would've shot me right now," Kirsten asked, coming closer.
"Excuse me, what made you think of that false claim?" Elyssa glared.
"So you are?"
"Freeze, criminal!"
Jina and Natalie appeared behind Kirsten, thank lord.
"So you were stalling?"
"Of course I was," Elyssa smiled, taking out handcuffs.
She walked closer as Jina and Natalie held Kirsten.
"I can't believe we came to this, Elyssa."
Elyssa ignored Kirsten's gaze and tried to communicate with Chief Isela.
"Officer, did you get her?" The chief asked.
"Yes I did, Chief Isela. We got her handcuffed," Elyssa responded, glaring at Kirsten.
"Very good. Bring her now."
~
"We used to be best friends, Elyssa."
Elyssa tried to ignore Kirsten's words, she was very annoying at the moment.
"Ignoring me was something you didn't do before, Elycchi."
Elyssa ignored her once more, polishing her gun.
"Why are you ignoring me? It hurts, Elycchi! It hurts!"
Elyssa pointed her polished gun at Kirsten as an attempt to make her shut up.
"Please, I would prefer you shut your mouth, Kirsten. I have no intention to talk to you," Elyssa glared.
"So our friendship didn't matter to you?"
Elyssa froze.
The question had caught her off guard.
"W-What?"
Kirsten smirked. "So our friendship didn't matter to you?"
Elyssa looked at Kirsten, shocked.
"I-It mattered, but that—"
"It does matter right now, Elyssa. You have been basically saying our past friendship had no effect on you. You never cared, and this moment proves it," Kirsten interrupted.
Elyssa looked away.
"N-No.."
"No what? What I'm saying is true, you are proving that claim at this moment," Kirsten smirked.
"AHH I CAN'T DO THIS ANYMORE!!" Elyssa screamed, crying.
"W-WAIT, THIS IS JUST AN ACT FOR A MOVIE! IT'S NOT REAL DON'T CRY!" Kirsten ran towards Elyssa, hugging her.
"This is a failed project," Isela sighed to Queenie, who was controlling the camera.
"Cut! Let's do this again, idiots! Don't fuck up this time!" Queenie yelled.
~
"No what? What I'm saying is true, you are proving that claim at this moment," Kirsten smirked.
Elyssa looked back at Kirsten, glaring at her.
"Trying to make one of our officers cry, aye?"
Elyssa and Kirsten looked at who entered the door.
It was Chief Isela, the chief of the police station.
Elyssa saluted while Isela walked up to Kirsten.
"Now, I captured you not for information, (666 words lmao) but for you to make up your friendship!" Isela exclaimed.
"Chief, you mean—"
"Yes! You guys will make up no matter what! Have fun!" Isela walked out of the door, slamming it.
"The chief wants us to be friends, huh?"
Elyssa didn't respond and polished her baton, not wanting to pay attention to Kirsten.
"Hey, I'm sorry for breaking our friendship. I didn't mean to, I just got kind of mad that you became a police officer when you said that both of us would become one," Kirsten looked at Elyssa, even though her back was turned at her.
"And you ended up becoming a criminal instead," Elyssa laughed.
"So, friends?"
"No."
Kirsten frowned.
"What do you—"
"Just kidding!" Elyssa exclaimed, turning around and showing tears on her face.
Kirsten smiled and hugged Elyssa.
THE END
~
"WE FINISHED IT!" Elyssa and Kirsten screamed, high fiving each other.
"Finally," Queenie rolled her eyes.
"Good job!" Isela exclaimed.
"Yay!" Jina and Natalie shouted.
It was the end of the 'The Police Officer and The Criminal' project.
Or, is it?
