Sam's POV
I walk in the school building, looking for Ashley. As I walk toward the location where Ashley's mostly hang out, I see Billy and the same fuck girls especially Brittany. 'Screw you Billy!' I thought to myself as I roll my eyes while walking past them not paying attention. I approach toward Ashley while she drawing.
"Hey Ash," I said.
"Hey Sam," she reply with a smile.
"Want to go outside and chat?" I asked.
"Sure," she said. She gets up, packing her stuff up, and we both begin to walk. When we both go outside, we continue walking around together, and it was quiet, too quiet.
"Ash..." I said breaking off the silence, "is it okay if I tell you something?" I asked as I feel my cheek begin to warm up.
"Yeah, I don't see why not," she said trying to make herself sound confidence but I can tell she's nervous about something. It's time to spill the beans.
"So, I have this feeling that I never felt this way before, whenever I'm around you, I feel happiness, it's like you're the one who have complete my life, but whenever you leave, I feel missing, I feel like my heart just missing a piece. I feel a bit sad and lonely. Is it really true that I'm in love with you?" I asked her look at her not taking my eyes off her. She slowly nods as she slowly walks toward me.
"Sam the truth is... I love you," she confessed, "ever since I met you, I can tell that you're one of those people who have gone through a lot of things."
"How do you know? I'm that kind of person?" I asked.
"Your expression and how you behave. I observe people, I can tell who to trust or knowing what kind of personality they have. You have gone through a lot, and I can feel that you're a bit broken. I want to be the person who will be there whenever no one else is beside you, I want to protect you and support you," she said gently grabbing both of my arms, "please let me help you."
I look at her trying to keep my tears in, I hate to see her like this. I move my head kiss her on the cheek and whisper to her ear, "shut up and kiss me." Without any hesitation she did what I demand, both of our lips making contact, kissing.
"I love you Sam."
"I love you too Ash," I said before we embrace each other with a kiss again. My heart and soul feel complete. I've never felt this happy, I'm glad that I met Ashley who understands and always be by my side. Ashiplier Away!
