Sam's POV

I groan in annoyance as I hear my phone screaming at me to get up. There are two things I'm going to complain about, one: I only have 4 hours of sleep, and two: I don't want to get up, I'm very comfortable in my bed and my room is cold. 'Oh wait... that's three.' However, my production side is telling me otherwise and that it's mandatory that I have to get up. I groan in defeat, get out of the bed and get ready for school.

I stare out of the window, feeling a little anxious. I can feel my right shaking but not strong enough to shake the entire car. Mark seems to notice since I felt his hand on my shoulder trying to comfort me. I turn my head to his direction.

"Nervous?" he asked.

"Yeah... I just don't know how things are going to turn out... I don't want to people to feel sorry or reminding me these dark times," I sighed.

"You'll be okay, everything is going to be okay. I believe in you."

"I know and thank you dad," I said before dad drive up to drop me off. I give dad a hug before getting out.

As I walk to the school building I see some kids taking a glance at me, some of them look surprise while others just shrug it off and move on with their life. While heading to the entrance, there this one kid walking up to me that I don't know.

"Hey! You're that girl who tried to take her own life right?" the kid asked loudly for some other kids to hear, "well at least that's what I heard."

'You have to be one of those kids...'

"Um... why do you need to know?" I asked awkwardly not trying to sound annoyed or coming off as rude.

"I need to know!"

I shake my head, "no you don't," I replied walking off before the kid can say something. As I walk in, I quickly grab my phone out and put earbuds on and listen to music to avoid some glances and attention. While listening to music I text my friends to see where they're at, which they quickly respond that they're at the library.

When I got to the library I see Roger, Will on the school's laptop while Lucy is silently reading a book.
"Hey guys," I said quietly after removing my earbuds.

"Hey Samiplier," Will teased.

"Sup," Roger said.

"Hey, you're here!" Lucy said loud, but not loud enough for other people to hear. "Have you guys seen Casey?"

"Yeah, she's here. She's on the computer," Lucy replied.

"Thank you."

"Sam, before you talk to her. Just be patient with her, she may not recover what had happened, but she'll come around eventually," Roger said. I nod my head before leaving the group to have one on one chat with Casey.

"Hey Casey," I wave shyly.

"So you decided to show up to school," she scoffed.

"Um yeah... so I can talk to you."

"Why?" she asked as she's about to log off of the computer, "you probably have better things to do, why bother trying to chat with someone that you thought that person doesn't care about you at all." Before I can say something, she quickly gathers her stuff and walks off. However, I won't let her walk away that easy.

"Casey! Wait! I'm not done talking to you!"

"Well I am!"

I grab her by the arm, trying to stop her. Luckily I successfully stop her. She turns her head to face me, "why bother with me!? After what you did!?" she said trying to held back her tears.
