Chapter 21

I panicked. Jungkook was out there, his wolf self was unleashed. I knew I had to do something but what could I possibly do? At the end of the day when it comes to Vampires and Werewolves there really is no competition, Jungkook would kill me in an instant if he wanted to.

I'd completely forgotten about Lexi. I told her to go to my house and wait for me to arrive with Taehyung but it had slipped my mind. Maybe she'd know what to do in this situation? I pulled my phone from my pocket while rushing to my car.

"Lexi you need to help me. I'll explain everything later but Jungkooks in public as a wolf. I'll come pick you up."

"WHAT THE FUCK?! He could massacre the whole town Jimin. How do you know anyway?"

"Like I said I'll explain later just please get ready I'll be round any minute."

I messaged her while driving and arrived at my house in no time. I beeped my horn profusely until Lexi came stumbling out the front door.

"What do we do?" I shouted to her through the window. She shook her head at me and walked over to my door before swinging it open and signalling me to get out.

"Get in the passenger seat, I'm taking us to my family home. They will know what to do." I didn't argue with her and I jumped out and made my way to the passenger seat. I didn't even have time to buckle my seatbelt before Lexi sped off down the road. I almost had to hold myself up due to the fast pace of her driving.

In no time we arrived and Lexi didn't waste any time. And ran to the front door, smashing the locker continuously. In an instant the door flung open, revealing a dark haired woman panicking.

"Oh Lexi thank god you're here. W-who's this?" She said while pointing at me. I cleared my throats and stood forward with my hand held out. The lady looked at me and scrunched up her face.

"Lexi why did you bring another vampire here? We had a deal." I could feel her hatred towards me but this was no time for arguments.

"Miss I'm Jimin, I've been a friend of Lexi's for a while. We need your help."

"He's in here" she said and stood sideways for Lexi to walk in. When I stepped forward she blocked the way again and pushed me back with one hand.

"I don't trust you vampires. Lexi is an exception but don't think I'm not wary of you. Any funny business I will not hesitate to rip your head off am I clear?" I nodded and she stood back to let me in. As soon as I walked into the house, I was greeted with the sound of agonising screams and I knew immediately that it was him.

"Where is he?" I shouted and I ran in the direction of the cries. I swung open the first door to my right and there he was, screaming and panting in pain. He was led on a black couch, with many people surrounding him attempting to comfort him.

"J-Jimin" he said before letting out another cry of pain. I rushed to his side and observed his body looking for the source of his suffering. An instant thirst consumed me when I smelt blood gushing out of him. I closed my eyes to contain myself and I looked once again. A massive bite mark covered his upper arm and his veins had turned a dark black colour.

"What happened to him?"

A guy that doubled me in size, death stared me when I spoke. We sat staring at each other for a while until I heard a growl come from him out of nowhere.

"Why is there a vampire in here?" He asked the room of people that were now silent. The only sound that could be heard was the piercing screeches that came from Jungkook. I ignored everyone else in the room and I grabbed Jungkooks other hand. I caressed it with my thumb and kissed it in attempts to slightly comfort him.

"Don't let it touch him" I heard someone say and I flung round and met eyes with another boy that had his face turned at the very sight of me.

"I'm a fucking vampire yes. I was once in love with this boy so if you think you're moving me, you can fuck off."

"I know what you monsters are like. You'll give anyone your blood for selfish purposes. We can't let him do it, there needs to be a distance."

"N-no" Jungkook heaved. I snapped my head back only to realise he wasn't screaming anymore. "I want this pain to go away. I can't take it anymore. I'm gonna fucking die if we don't do so
something." I looked at Jungkook with wide eyes and he simply nodded to me. I looked around the room and watched as all the eyes were glaring me down. I returned my attention to Jungkook and he looked lifeless. I pulled my sleeve up slowly and placed my mouth around my wrist and bit my flesh. I flinched slightly but the pain was over in a flash.

I took my wrist, and placed it on Jungkooks lips....

.... I didn't think about the consequences of my actions.
