Chapter 2

I had finally arrived at the airport. I still had three hours until my plane departs. I was always a good and prepared kind of girl, people of this childish generation might call me a goody-goody.

I just sort of sat there in my car for the next half an hour. I couldn't believe this.

I might not see my family again for a long time, that would kill me but I can't end up being a slut that lives in my parents basement the rest of my life.

I haven't said much about my background have I? I was born in Australia, but since then me and my parents have moved around a lot. we've been all over the place, we've literally lived in all the continents. I don't mind that too much, but it would be nice to just settle and actually have time to make some friends, but my parents are scientists, more specifically, geologists.

I'm finally moving out. I'm gonna miss them. but I want my own life.
