Chapter 10

When I finally got to the house, Beau was already there. "Hey did anything happen between you an Beau?" Luke asked me suspiciously. Jai sat at the black Leather couch and was reading something on his phone. He looked up when he heard Luke's question.

"Umm no why?" I asked trying to sound as confused and clueless as possible. Good thing I don't blush a lot and I'm a good liar.

"Well when he came in he just stormed into his room and when we asked what happened he just ignored us."

I honestly was shocked, Beau just met me, and he was already reacting this way?" This worried me... really worried me....

Luke's face was neutral but I could tell something was on his mind.

"Oh well, he got a phone call when we were talking and I think whatever the person on the other line said upset him, I dont know what it was though." I came up with something quickly. It wasn't the most believable lie in the world, but it will have to do for now. I really didn't want anybody finding out about that kiss, ever. I didn't want to tell Beau that, but I have no choice. If anybody finds out this whole thing might cause rumors on the internet, I know Beau wouldn't purposefully tell the media, but i couldn't risk it accidentally slipping out.

I decided to go up to Beau's room and talk to him, god this is going to be hard.

I gently knocked on his door.

"Come in!" I heard Beau yell. I quietly opened the door and stepped inside.

Beau was lying on his bed looking at his phone, I'm guessing he was just checking his twitter or instagram, but I didn't ask, so I just got right to the point,

"Beau, this is really hard for me to say, because I don't want to hurt your feelings... But I would really appreciate it if you didn't tell anybody about the kiss, I really don't want any rumors about us. I came here to go to college and get an education, not be in a celebrity scandal." I say. I rushed through my words so fast I didn't give Beau a chance to say anything, but now that my attention was on him, I could see that something was wrong. I could tell he was freaking out inside.

"I hate to say this Maria, but it's a little to late for that." He then gave me his phone to see whatever he was looking at when I walked in.

I couldn't believe my eyes. I was looking at a picture of me and Beau kissing, on social media. #BeausNewGirlfriend was now trending.

"No, no no no no NO! This is not happening it just isnt't!" I yell. I moved to Australia for a reason, because Australia was peaceful, and I moved away from America because I had enough drama, rumors, and hate to last me a life time. I didn't want to go through something like it again, I still can't get over what happened, and if this happens with a celebrity, let's just say I'm screwed.
