Part 3

Gosh, I didn't know why the day went past so fast! It was already dorm time and I was chatting with the rest of the members of Dragonpride. "So, what made you decide on joining Angelwood Ashley?" Winter asked, she seemed more of a Foxblood member but apparently she was here with the Dragonpride's. I thought about her question. Why had I chosen this in the first place? It was really only an opportunity for me to get bullied more, but I guess it was to get a decent education. But this seemed more than just education. "I guess, I came here because I wanted to get away from my brother..." I smiled at how dumb it sounded. Kyera giggled along with Winter. They seemed like alright people. No wonder that they were so nice to me. Kyera suddenly got serious. "I saw you and Gear at breakfast, what did he say to you? Do I need to kick his ass for you?" I chuckled at her protectivity. I shook my head and said in a calming tone "naaah, he only said that he was willing to be my friend." John eyed me from the back of the room. Winter shrugged "He offers that alot, he is not a good person to be around, trust me on that" she said with a rather monotone voice. Why wasn't he a good person? He was really friendly, everyone seemed to know him here. Was he one of those players? I couldn't dare to think of it. "To be honest, he is a really attractive man.." I whispered under my breath, barely hearable to human ears. John let out a laugh. "Attractive? Gear? Nah, keep looking, he is a ghoul, nothing to be around. Plus raised by psychopaths!" Winter appeared infront of him and shushed him "Gear hears everything! so keep your voice down!" John laughed and responded with "not pressure there, Bliz" she shrugged and I stood up to walk to my desk to do homework.

After about two hours I heard a violent shriek from outside the door. I was sitting in the main room and stared at the outer door. It sounded awfully alot like a man. I stood up and walked to the door and opened it slightly and saw that Kyera was trying to tickle Markus. I shut the door again and walked back to sit down. Winter laughed when she saw my reaction "shocking right? That gigant shrieking like a little girl?" I shrugged and responded with "I didn't think he was THAT ticklish!" she laughed and went back to drawing. I was getting settled in with the Dragonpride house. They were awfully sweet to me. I was not really sure about the whole thing with Gear. On who to trust I mean. I wanted to trust my house, but he seemed a bit out of the ordinary for someone who was the leader of a bunch of bullies. I expected him to send his members flying at me the first day. But that he was a ghoul? This was a bit scary to me. I had heard about ghouls eating up humans and eating other ghouls... I heard about their attacking mechanism too. Truly amazing. I didn't know how many there were here and what they ate. Mabye they didn't eat at all! I walked up to my bed. It was getting late and I toppled onto it and fell asleep almost immidiately. Tomorrow was another day. I just hoped that nothing would kill me.
