I thought about what Gear had told me. I was searching in the library for anything that could tell me more about ghouls. There was nothing to be seen. I went up to the library desk and asked the lady "do you know if there are any books about.. ghouls?" she pointed me to one of the sections and there was one book called "Ghouls In America" weird. Were there more than just here in america? I was confused but took it out and flipped to the first page. It said "Ghouls have been around for centuries. They were first found in Tokyo but nobody really noticed them untill they started to move out. They quickly spread to America." wait. So they were originally from Tokyo? How did they even come to the earth? I shrugged and closed the book and put it back in it's place and walked to the dorm room to find some recipies to the upcomming challange. We had 4 days to prepare. I pulled up my laptop and started to google food recipies.
It was getting dark outside and the bell rang. I had been researching on this shit for hours, and I still hadn't come up with anything to make! I was thinking of cupcakes... But well... That was off the table since we were suposed to cook something that could be eaten as dinner, and then the principal was going to 'taste' all of them and rate us off that. Because yea, the principal is definetely some food guru and not a principal over a dumb academy. YEAAA. I shrugged and walked downstairs before I stopped and hid behind a corner that was sticking out from the stairs. Gear was there along with Markus and Kyera. They were speaking about something in the middle of the room. Kyera was sitting in Markus' lap for some reason. I thought ot myself that this was illegal since she looked like she was 7 years old while he looked like a 39 year old man. Then there was Gear. He looked like any normal person who would go to an academy. I shivered and walked out to go outside. Kyera noticed me and climbed over Markus' shoulder and waved. I waved back before walking outside. I sighed and kept on listening but through the door. "Gear, you better not have anything going on with Ashley!" Kyera said in a serious tone. I heard Gear laughing "I'm just saying I will keep my wolves of him for as long as possible." Markus scoffed and said "yea yea, in a matter of minutes they will bash his head through a wall or some shit." I shrugged at the thought on what Dante had done to me the other day. "I've got that coverd. I put the worst ones up for a bunch of parties so they will be out of trouble." thank god. I was worried that they were going to kill me.
I was walking around in the main garden. The blossom trees were hanging low and spread a pleasant smell through the garden. I looked at the fountain which spread out into a pool that stretched over the whole yard. In the pool there were lilly pads and koi fish. I sat down on a bench and inspected them. They seemed so peaceful where they were swimming around. I grabbed a note book and started to write down what possible options there were for me to cook. I was thinking of something that wasn't so regulary cooked. Like something exotic. But I didn't know anything about food except for the fact that I could eat it whenever I got hungry. I shrugged and walked back to the dorm room.
