Ethan and Kaitlyn had three kids. The first was a daughter which they named Jess. Jess's mom got remarried and now had two step kids. Serena became a dog handler and trainer but she is also training to be a veterinarian assistant. She is still waiting for her perfect soulmate. Amber became a veternarian and is engaged. Summer has all kinds of degrees now. She loves school but is settling down with her new husband and much loved dogs. Alex and Dominic found love finally and Aiden has two kids. They are an older boy and younger daughter. Sarah and john are finally expecting. Darren finally got married to a nice girl that makes him look average at gaming. Sam became a doctor at the base. Her father is happy with his life and is now a step grandpa. Sterling had a memorial made for Jessica. It has her last dying quote engraved on a stone.
What I've done is how I should be remembered. I've done things that I'm not proud of but life is to short to be disappointed or feel guilty. You all should focus on the good. Remeber the good memories of me and not this moment. Leave it in the past.
As for Jessica and Luke they waited for everyone else to finally join them.
