Prologue

She woke up in a maze, with no memory or name. Nothing but rattling metal echoing in her ears for what seemed like hours, before she was surrounded by unfamiliar and curious faces. That was her first memory. The first memory she could remember anyway. She didn't know where she was, or who she was. And after a few days she was granted her name, but nothing more.
In the five years she was in her all female maze, she'd saved lives and watched them fade away. She watched everyone around her, the few people her untrusting soul would allow in for a long while. She was silent, but not a mute. She was a runner and knew every inch of the maze like the back of her hand. But poor decisions and guilt put an end to her running days after many successful ones.
She was one of five to make it out. But she never knew that she would end up where she did. Trapped inside a building where she was forced to abide by rules and live with an injury that she'd rather die then having.
Her name is Blair, and she's sick of being held captive.
