“C’mon”, Gabriel says and stands up. “Dance with me”. “Me?”, I ask in shock. “Yeah”, he says and laughs a little. “It’s okay if you don’t want to”. “No it’s not that”, I say. “I just thought”. He looks back at Lexi and then at me. “She’s busy”, he says. “Besides I think a cute girl like you deserve to have fun on her first college party”. I smile and take his hand and let him drag me out on the dance floor.

My nose fills with the smell of alcohol and sweat when me, Justin, Brooke and Brandon walk into the party. “Relax”, Justin says and dunks my back. “We’re having fun tonight”. I look after Justin as he walks over to the dance floor with Brandon and Brooke. I sit down at the kitchen island while trying to avoid dancing teens. All of a sudden Brooke sits down next to me. “You don’t look like the type who doesn’t like to party”, she says strokes my fore arm carefully. “I guess I’m more than just a good looking outside”, I say making her laugh. If she only knew how serious I am. “I agree on one thing”, she says with a flirty smile. “You’re very good looking”. She takes my hand and drags me over to a coach. She pushes me down and sit down on my lap. “There’s something special about you Marcus”, she says seductively. “You’re not like the other guys”. “What about Justin?”, I ask. “Aren’t you together?”. “Forget about him”, she says and strokes my cheek. “He’s nothing compared to you”. Before I can react her lips are against me and we start making out. “Brooke”, I mumble between our kisses. “We shouldn’t do this, Justin...”. “F*ck Justin”, she says irritated. All of a sudden Brooke is pulled off me and I’m surrounded by Justin and a bunch of older guys. “What the hell is wrong with you!”, Justin yells madly. “Sitting here with your hands all over my girlfriend!”. “Justin c’mon”, I say and fix my messy hair. “Brooke kissed me”. “No I didn’t”, Brooke says madly. “You’re the one who’s been flirting with me the whole night”. “But...”, I start. “Shut up, Justin says madly. “I thought you were smarter than that Gunnarsen, first day and you’re already causing drama”.
