Good news, my friend, @MattTheCanadian finished my new cover. She actually drew this, and I couldn't ask for a better one. Also I hope this book will be just as successful as the last, and I appreciate comments and votes.

I woke up extremely early to practice my flip routine again. I might also add some tree acrobatics in there too. I dressed, and took all the stair by twos. It was already six thirty and I told Jack I'd have it sent to him in a hour.
My mom, was already up, and making eggs. "Where are you going?"
"Outside. Can you do me a favor and hold the laptop for me?"
I grabbed the computer and ran out back. Mom came chasing after me. "What? why would you want me to hold a laptop for you in the backyard?" She comes stumbling out after me barefoot. I thrust the laptop into her hands, flipped it open, and turned it on. "What is this all about?" She asks trying to see what I'm doing. I clicked on the camera picture on my desktop. "I, was asked by dad, if I could send the class a video as an example of a perfect flip routine."
"Nina! You know I hate it when you do crazy stunts like that. You'll break your neck."
I laugh. "Mom it's not exactly possible for me to break my neck. I'll be fine. I've done this for years. Now be quiet."I turn on he camera and back up to the edge of the woods.
"Hi guys. I was asked to do a flip routine for you as an example for all the things you can do using flips. And no I won't be using trampolines like you do. Watch carefully." And with that I started.Jack pov
It was exactly seven thirty when I got the email. I wanted to watch it but since its on my phone I could probably watch it any time I wanted. I walked into the kitchen and sat down with a few muffins. Logan was there with his feet on the table reading the paper. "I got the email. Haven't watched it yet." I said taking a bite of my breakfast. "Not until class."
He said turning the page. We sat in silence until my fifth muffin when Logan finished reading the paper. "Her specialty is backflips." And with that he left the room.At eight the be rang and we were all in our seats in the classroom. The only difference between this classroom and the others was that this one had a giant touchscreen tv on the wall. Very high tech and very expensive. Logan was sitting at the desk in front. "Jack, phone." I got up and plugged in my phone to the laptop that plugged into the big screen. The whole class saw me move the mouse to the email. I clicked on it and pushed play. I sat back in my seat near the back, while the video started. Nina was standing in front of a forest.
This was the first time I've seen her face in two years and she had changed in a few minor ways. She was taller. Just an inch or two. Her hair was a bit lighter. But her eyes were still the same, bright blue, and they still have the same sparkle. The kind of sparkle I see when she looks at me. or when she's training. She says in the big screen.
"Hi guys. I was asked to do a flip routine for you as an example for all the things you can do using flips. And no I won't be using trampolines like you do. Watch carefully."
She started the routine and we were all amazed. First she did a standing front flip. Then a standing backflip. "You see, these are just the basic flips. Now, the more extreme ones I'm gonna do, pleases don't attempt without an adult or a net. You'll break your neck."
Nina did a back-handspring with a twist, but never landed. She had grabbed a low branch and pulled herself up. With her feet. She steadied herself and did a front flip, landed on the branch again, and did two backflips. On the last one she flipped off the branch and swung around another, and landed back on the first branch. By her feet, again. She waved at us, and flipped off the branch again. As she was falling head first, she pushed off the side of the tree, did a few more flips, and stuck the landing. She did a little bow. "Thanks for watching" and the video was over. I got up to retrieve my phone.
