Matt's POV
My heart sank when he dismissed the words he was about to share. I felt almost disappointed. I had a feeling I knew what they were, but in no way was I going to have the balls to actually tell him - I loved him so much. I laughed it off and started out over the cliff again, feeling Dom's gaze rest onto my face.
After a few moments, I disturbed the silence (and startled the blonde) by getting up and retreating within the alcove to fetch something. I came back out with a small, fluffy blanket, and wrapped it round Dom.
"Here," I half whispered, "The sun's down so it'll get cold." I rolled down my sleeves and returned to my seat next to the other man - closing my eyes in contentment and feeling the light spring breeze tickle my face.Dom's POV
I couldn't look away, no matter how hard I tried. My mind was in endless turmoil, debating whether I should confess what needed to be said. I looked up again at Matt and noticed he'd changed position. He was now laid back, relying on his elbows for support. He'd closed his eyes as the moon's glow broke out from over the top of the cliff; the beams of light contouring his face in exactly the right places. My heart melted as I sat there and just watched him. The silence wasn't awkward - no no, far from it. It was comfortable and blissful.
I'd suddenly realised Matt shaking, he was starting to feel the cold. My heart was fluttering as I shuffled nearer to the skinny man - my arms wrapped around him in some sort of embrace as I draped the blanket over the both of us.
"Cheers hun." Matt sighed, closing his eyes once again and resting his small head on my pounding chest.
"Matt..?" I said quietly, wondering if it was even audible.
"Yeah?" He mumbled, grabbing a hold of my hand and gazing curiously into my face with those beautiful, hazy eyes.
"Ummm.." I stuttered, unsure whether to go ahead or not. I was feeling a bit nauseous. "I think it's better if I show you, ey?"
Matt looked puzzled, as he leant back on his elbows again and stared into my eyes - looking for an answer. I could tell by the look in his face that he was none the wiser.
"Fuck it." I grumbled. I leant over to Matt and planted my lips firmly on his.
