Chapter 9: Silly little boy

*Leah POV*

It's currently been two weeks since the entire incident at the bonfire. For two weeks, I've had to comfort Jasmine because Jacob Black is a idiot who doesn't realize how lucky he is.

"Hmph. Idiot."

"You must be talking about Jacob again, Lee-Lee." Sam whispers in my ear as he wraps his arms around me and I lean into him.

I'll never get tired of feeling his arms around me.

"Jacob is an idiot who doesn't even realize that Bella Swan will drop him like a hot potato once her precious leech comes back and he hurt Jasmine."

"Don't worry, everything will work out but for now I think we both need a distraction." He says with a smirk as he carries me in his arms from the kitchen to our bedroom.

Oh Yes a distraction from all of this is just what we need.

*A few hours later*

Tangled up in the blankets, feeling completely relaxed as I watch Sam sleep I think about how lucky I am to have him.

I slowly draw patterns on his back and I smile as I hear him let out a soft, sleepy moan.

The comfortable silence is broken by the buzzing of my cell phone on the dresser next to the bed.

Once my eyes get used to the brightness of the screen I see that it's Jasmine texting me.

J: Lee, I don't know what to do...I'm still hurt over what Jacob did.

I let out a soft growl so I don't wake up Sam even though he's a heavy sleeper.

L: Don't worry Jas! He'll come around soon!

J: But what if he doesn't?

L: If he doesn't...then we'll just have to let him see what he's missing out on.

I smirk as I begin to get a idea...prepare to get a little taste of the green eyed monster Jacob Black!

L: How about I set you up on a date?

J: A date?! Is that such a good idea Lee?

L: Yes! Trust me!

J: Well...you haven't steered me wrong before.

L: Damn right! Get ready at 6:00 P.M. then come over so I can judge your outfit!

J: Alright. I will! Thanks Lee!

L: You're welcome Jas!

After that, I lay back down feeling quite accomplished and I already know who I want her to go on a date with.

*6 P.M.*

While the guys (including Jacob) and Sam are in the living room, I'm in the kitchen waiting impatiently for Jasmine to arrive.

Sam of course already knows about my plan and just hopes that everything will work out. When I hear a knock at the door I hurry to the door and I see Jasmine wearing a purple dress with flats and a ring on her index on her right hand. I can see that she's nervous because she's fidgeting. "You look amazing Jas!" She gives me a smile and relaxes as she walks in, "Thanks Lee."

The guys gives her compliments after a few minutes of silence.

"Where are you going? On a date?" Jacob asks and I see that he can't stop staring and I have to fight to keep a straight face as I answer his question.

"As matter of fact she is. They should be here any minute." I have to stifle my laughter from the look on his face.

A few minutes later there's a knock at the door and I go open it.

I smile at the person standing there. "Layla! It's good to see you!"

She smiles. "It's good to see you too Leah."

"Hold on. Let me call Jasmine for you."

She chuckles. "There's no rush."

"Jasmine! Your date is here!"

I can hear her footsteps and I can her heart beat a little faster when she sees Layla.

"Jasmine, this is Layla. Layla this is my friend Jasmine."

"It's nice to meet you Jasmine."

"It's nice to meet you too Layla."

The silence behind us is deafning.

"Now! Go out and have a good time you two!"

After they leave, I walk into the living room and Jacob stands up and I can see the anger in his face. "What the hell Leah?!"

That causes Sam to growl and gives him a glare. "Watch your tone Jacob."

"Why did you set MY imprint up on a date?!"

"You didn't even want her Jacob! You were too busy being infatuated with Bella Swan!"

"And you hurt her feelings!"

"She's got you there Jake. All of us saw how hurt she was at the bonfire." Even though Paul can be a pain in the ass, I'm glad that he's my best friend.

Jacob leaves shortly after that knowing that we're right.

*Jasmine's POV after her date.*

I'm currently walking home after my date I had a good time with Leah's friend Layla and Pardus is content. Nothing could ruin this feeling.

As I reach my house, I see that Jacob is sitting on the steps thanks to the lightning from the moon causing Pardus to growl because she's still upset about what happened and so am I.

When he sees me, he stands up. "What do you want Jacob?"

"You're MY imprint. You shouldn't be going on dates with anyone else but me."

"I wasn't your imprint the night at the bonfire. Now please leave."

I start to walk past him when he grabs my arm a little too roughly and that was the last straw for Pardus.

'Jasmine. I'm sorry but that was the last straw.'

'Pardus what-'

I never got to finish my sentence as Pardus takes control.

Pardus POV

You silly little boy. It's time you and I have a conversation.

{Ooh! Pardus and Jacob are going to have a conversation! What do you guys think will be said? Will Jacob ever stop being in hot water? XD I hope you guys enjoy this chapter!
