Chapter 18
Ginny-
Weeks, months and years had passed by now and since the incident had happened, nothing else had happened since. Around six months after the kidnapping, Ginny was finally cured with no Death Eater child inside her and James was cured so that he wouldn't attack Harry. It took time but they all got there in the end.
Many years had passed and now James had gotten over his traumatic experiences as a thirteen year old, he had developed into a handsome twenty year old man. He now worked for the Auror department, just like his Dad.
Albus had also grown incredibly much to Ginny's disappointment. If she had it her way, her children would stay young forever. Albus was now a strapping young seventh year and he was Head Boy of Hogwarts. Both Ginny and Harry were extremely proud of him.
Lily was now sixteen years old and in her sixth year of Hogwarts. Lily was an extremely beautiful girl and Ginny knew that she had many boys chasing her. Harry had told Ginny many times that Lily was the spitting image of her but Ginny always refused and said that her daughter was way more beautiful than herself.
Harry was the same old Harry. He still worked hard, but he didn't go away as much as he used to. He stayed home a lot with Ginny and they both worked from home on different things. Ginny still did her Quidditch Corresponding whilst Harry did paper work for the Aurors.
Taylor was still the same, just a lot older. She had finally accepted that she was getting older when she became a Grandmother to Olly's daughter, Caitlen. However, that didn't mean that she was still crazy. She was a complete nutter. According to her, she shouldn't be a Grandmother at forty-three, but Ginny later told her that she had Olly at eighteen so what could she expect?
Colette had stopped appearing to both Taylor and Ginny now. However Ginny knew that she was still there. She was still watching over Ginny and Taylor, so Ginny knew that she hadn't yet entered the after life fully.
"Ginny?! Are you ready to go?!" Harry cried up the stairs.
Today, Teddy was marrying Victoire and Ginny was very excited. As was Lily. She had always wanted Teddy to properly be part of the family and now he was. Currently, Ginny was just staring at her reflection in the mirror. In her eyes she looked old. She felt old. She had a couple of grey hairs that rested beneath her red hair and somedays she just felt like an idiot. She no longer felt beautiful, even though Harry reminded her every day.
"Gin, what are you doing? We're going to be late." Harry walked into the room, fastening some of the buttons on his suit.
"Sorry I was just.....you know." Ginny couldn't get her word's out. She was just shuffling awkwardly in the mirror.
"Hey, what's wrong?" Harry walked over to her, placing his arm's around her waist.
"Nothing....nothing, I just feel.....old." Ginny sighed, looking down at her feet. She couldn't look Harry in the eyes.
"Ginny, to me, you don't look a day older than twenty." Harry grinned, tucking a piece of Ginny's curled hair behind her ear.
"That's a bit of an exaggeration." Ginny rolled her eyes, chuckling half-heartedly.
"No it isn't. Not to me." Harry told her sternly.
"You say that, but our eldest son is twenty. That would just be wrong." Ginny giggled, rolling her eye's.
"Whatever." Harry laughed.
"Hey, we should go. This is Teddy's wedding, he'd never forgive us if we were late." Ginny smiled up at Harry, unwrapping her arm's from around him and walking towards the door.
