Strawberries and a waffle were sitting on my bedside table as I woke up. Late, as usual, 10 AM. I had a feeling Daniel was out because I didn't hear the shower running and his pillows were neatly together.

I rolled out of the bed and towards our closet. On the left were Daniel's clothes, a lot neater than my side. Everytime mine got messy he would clean it up for me, the good luck of an OCD boyfriend. I grabbed Daniels black off jersey which was super long for me. I placed bike shorts underneath the jersey and then put my knee high socks on. I wasn't planning to go out so I didn't try anything with my hair.

I walk back to the food on my bedside table and take it downstairs. It was quiet which was unusual, due to living with five loud teen boys.

I heard the sounds of a video game being played in the lounge. The guns shooting brutally, Corbyn was here. I walk into the lounge and see him on the couch with his headset and controller. He usually games on his computer but when no one was using the TV he came down and played it down here.

I sit beside him and begin to eat my waffle. Watching as he shots a bunch of people, "Morning," He chirped.

I finish what was in my mouth before replying, "Morning."

His character walks around a bunch of boxes, his rifle held high. I eat my strawberry and watch his character collapse.

"SHIT!" He says. The screen shows a splat of blood and Corbyn's dead corpse. I giggle and place my plate down. He places the controller beside him and takes my plate to the kitchen.

"Did anyone feed Nugget?" I ask. Normally if Kelsey wakes up first she feeds Blue and Nugget but I always ask in case.

"No don't think so, NUGGET!" Corbyn yells. I look around to Nugget's bed near the TV. He wasn't laying down in his usual sport.

Blue ran down the stairs and straight to me but still no Nugget. I look to Corbyn who had pulled his food out. He shakes it but Nugget doesn't come running in.

"Corbyn? Where is he?" I asked. Corbyn's faced dropped. I jumped out my seat and run up the stairs. Checking every room I came across.

"NUGGET!" I yell. Nothing. He normally laid on Zach's bed so I went there first. Nothing. Where the hell is my dog?!

Corbyn comes running in, "I think he got out the gate..."

"Are you sure Dani or anyone didn't take him?" I asked. Corbyn pulled his phone out. Calling someone while I started roaming the house again. Every room, over and over.

I run downstairs and head outside, there was no way he could get out this way. So unless someone left the front door open, he should be here. My hands come to my hair, running through it.

"No one is answering, let's go look down the street for him," Corbyn says, Blue by his side.

"Bring Blue, he should sniff him out," I explain. Corbyn walks up to me and grabs my hand, he holds it and moves a strand of my hair from my face. Sending shivers down my spine.

"Don't worry we will find him," He says. I nod. Because Corbyn was so calm it made me feel calm also. He walks off and towards the front doors. I walk inside and shut the back doors. I grab Blue's leash and my phone.

We walk out the house, Corbyn locking up after us. Our street was quite close to the highway so I tried my best not to worry which direction he had gone.

Blue pulled us left, towards the park. Corbyn tries to call everyone again, as do I. No response. You would expect for them to answer straight away seen as they are always on their phones.
