Is he really gone?

IX (Eren's story)

Eren was a college boy, who just wanted a simple life, he was a really good student always getting As and sometimes Bs. He had a really good relationship with his dad, his mom was put in a mental hospital, she started having really delusional thoughts, she was hearing voices and acted really aggressively. So Eren was living with his dad. Everyday he was really worried about his mom and prayed every day that one day she will be healed and they can have a normal life again.

Eren got back from college and arrived home. He unlocked the door and entered the house. It was a dead silence at home. Where is everyone, he was thinking. He placed his bags on the floor and checked around the house. Seems like his dad had to work more hours than usual. Food was on the table, did his dad really made food for him. He smiled. "Thank you dad", he said in the dead silenced house. His dad was the nicest person he ever seen. That man would do anything for his son.

Eren sat down and started enjoying the food. The best thing about that man was that he knew how to cook! His grandfather was once a really good cook in the 21st century, so that's how his dad learned to cook.

Eren sighed, he could feel the loneliness in the house, he wish his mom was here.

All of sudden the door started unlocking, what? Who was that! He looked confused and ran and took the hunting rifle, loaded it and went up to the door, loading the rifle. The door opened slowly. "Who is this?!", he yelled. "Honey, its me your mom", a female voice came from the door. He lowered the rifle and let the person in. It was his mom! What was she doing here!! "Mom! What you doing here? How did you get here?", he had so many questions.

When he seen her face, she had this tired eyes, the white part of the eye was red, he wasn't sure if that was the lack of sleep or she was crying. "Mom, what happened to you? Your eyes are all red!", Eren exclaimed hugging her. "These people in the mental hospital are monsters! They put me under shock therapy and just tortured me!", his mom responded. She showed me all the bruises she had.

Eren couldn't believe it! Why would his dad do that to his own wife?? Doesn't he love her? "You need sleep mom, come let me get you in bed", he said helping her move. She didn't say anything and followed him upstairs to her bedroom. Eren lay her slowly in bed. "Let me bring you a glass of water", he said and ran into the kitchen and put water in a glass. He ran back up and gave her to drink. "Thank you", she smiled. "Now get some sleep, I will stay here, I promise", Eren said smiling and sat there till his mom fell asleep.

Some hours passed and she was still sleeping. What were these monsters doing to her! She seems like she hasn't slept in years! It was around six pm and the door started unlocking. His dad came in. "Eren, I am home!", he exclaimed calling fir his son. Eren came downstairs, looking at his dad. "Mom is here, she escaped the hospital", Eren told him.

All of sudden his dad put his bags on the floor and took the rifle next to him. "Hey! What are you doing?", Eren started shouting. "She can't live! She is a fucking monster!", he yelled back. "No! she isn't! The hospital is! They bruised her all over her body! She wasnt sleeping in ages!", I yelled back. "She deserves this! We don't need a mentally sick person in this house!", he yelled back. Eren couldn't believe what his dad was talking. He shook his head. "No, you can't say that! Your own wife, she is your wife! Why did you marry her in the first place! Why DID YOU FUCKING CREATE ME!!", Eren started shouting, starting to cry at the same time. His dad lowered the rifle. He realized that his son was right. Without his dad's wife, Eren wouldn't exist.

Eren's dad ran past his son upstairs where his wife was sleeping to see her. He entered the bedroom and she was sitting up awake. She looked over to her husband. "You going to send me back aren't you", she simply said. "No, I am never going to do that ever again, I am so sorry, I really didn't know they going to harm you", Eren's dad responded.

All of sudden someone was knocking aggressively on the door. "It's them, they goimg to get me", she said. "I will not let that happen!", he responded. "I will hide you, please let me do that will you?", he added while asking her a question. She nodded and he opened up a secret passage behind the closet, it was a nice well done room, it looked like an usual living room, it was amazing. "Didn't know you had that", she smiled. "As you see I do", he responded.

She stood up and walked in that room. "I love you", he said closing the room behind him. Eren opened up the door. "Where is Mrs. Yung!", the man shouted like a general in a military. Geez these guys are weird, Eren thought. "She isn't here Sir, I am sorry", Eren said and was about to close the door when the person smashed the door open again, Eren being thrown against a wall. "Stop lying kid, I know she is here! I am not a retard!", the guy yelled.

The guy gone through the house with his men searching around the house smashing items around, smashing doors open. He went upstairs and seen the dad on the corridor. "Where is Mrs. Yung!", he yelled. "Sorry, Sir she isn't simply here", Eren's dad responded. The guy hit the dad. "WHERE IS SHE! I KNOW SHE IS HERE!", he started violently kicking the dad. Eren couldn't keep listening to his dad being kicked, so he took a pistol out of drawer, loaded it and slowly went up to the violent guy. He put the gun towards his head. "Goodnight, Sir", Eren said and pulled the trigger.

The guy fell dead on the ground. The other men ran upstairs to see what happened. One of them pointed his shotgun looking like gun and pulled the trigger on Eren.

Eren closed his eyes thinking he was dying but as he opened his eyes, he could see that his dad was using his body as a shield and let them shoot him instead. "When I said I do anything for you, I ment that", he coughed blood. Eren started tearing up as his dad fell to the ground lifeless. He became so angry he started shooting up the rest if the men without hesitation, killing them all.

He fell to his knees and crawled up to his dad. "No, dad please! No, don't leave me!", he cried as he was shaking the lifeless body. "NO!!!", he yelled out crying very hard. The closed opened behind in the bedroom and his mom came out. She looked at the bloodshed they caused. She looked up to her dead husband but couldn't show any emotion, the shock therapy really destroyed her. She wanted to cry but couldn't.

Someone stepped in the house. Eren looked at her and ordered her to hide. She did so and another guard and a policeman walked in. "Eren Yung, you violated the law! Come with us", the policeman ordered. Eren didn't have any force to fight back, so he let the policeman put the handcuffs on his hands.

Next thing Eren knew, he wasn't going to prison but to the WICKED laboratory....
