Chapter dedicated to Alex, my maths buddy. Wendy's point of view.

We walked back into the cave and I flicked on the lights surrounding the bubble, we wanted to see just in case Bill tried anything funny. Ford stood next to the orb holding Dipper while Stan continued to point the H.V.F.A at Dipper's body. I was tense, I didn't know for sure that Ford's modifications would work or if they even existed. Ford spoke to Bill.

"Alright Bill, on the count of three you're going back through that bubble." Dipper struggled in Ford's arms. "Stop that! Any tricks and you'll forget you ever existed." He motioned to Stan.

"Wait Fordsy, do I go on one, zero or three. I just want to be sure, I don't want old trigger fingers from erasing me." Ford groaned.

"On zero, now stop stalling, three, two..." I was nervous, what if Bill dragged Dipper back into the bubble, escaped the cave or found his statue. It would be Weirdmageddon all over again. "...one, zero." Bill leapt out of Dipper's body, exiting from the front of his head and landed beside the bubble but did not go through. Ford dropped Dipper's body and withdrew his own firearm. Myself and Mabel made a second line of defence. I brandished my axe and Mabel her grappling hook. Bill cackled with laughter.

"Ha ha ha ha ha, I've been tricked by you once, you're not going to trick me again. I can walk out of here easily." Stan and Ford glanced at each other, I could tell by their looks that they'd bluffed and Bill had caught them. "Well, well, well it's been fun, loved the Red and Pine Tree lovey dovey stuff, but you know, I've got the world to conquer, people to enslave, you know. So until we meet again. Just got to reform my physical body and then I'll be out of your hair."

Bill raised his arms and the cavern shook. Rocks fell from the ceiling and rolled towards the demon. I nearly lost my balance at one point while Mabel fell over. The stones piled around Bill's feet until they wrapped to his shape giving him a physical form. The cave flashed yellow as his entire body lit up as one. Throughout the chaos Ford and Stan had kept their weapons trained on the forming rock pile.

"So remember reality is an illusion." Bill began to walk towards Stan and Ford when they opened fire. Two blue pellets popped on Bill's body, quickly expanding until they were the size of tennis balls. Bill laughed. "Ha ha ha, a parting gift, how thoughtful." As Bill was talking Stan and Ford realised their small error, they smiled at each other and simultaneously flicked one of the switches on the side of their weapons. They nodded to each other and fired again. I laughed. The weapons were now set on automatic. A rotating drum on the underside of each weapon span up, creating a whining noise and soon blue pellets filled the antechamber. Bill attempted to dodge the flurry of sticky pellets but was soon slowed to a crawl, with a roar I threw my axe which made good contact with the area around his eye, he screeched as he was unable to move. Mabel fired her grappling hook for good measure. After a couple of minutes of continuous firing Bill couldn't be seen underneath his blue coat, he still roared with fury though.

I ran over to Dipper and scraped some of the blue pellets off his head, I picked him up and cradled him in my arms.

"Dipper." I cried. "Wake up." Half a minute passed before his eyes fluttered open and a smile formed on his lips. I laughed wiping a tear from my eye.

"Hey Wendy, err.... can you put me down please." I shook my head and pulled him in close for a hug.

"Nope Dipper, I don't want to." Soos and Mabel joined us in a hug until my ribs ached. I put down Dipper and he smiled up at me.

"Thanks Wendy, err... that was nice." Stan tapped his foot.

"Jesus Christ Dipper, me and pointdexter did all the work. Now can we love of money, can we please go home."

"Just a minute Stanley, we've still got a little thing to take care of." Ford motioned to the vibrating blue ball in which Bill was housed. "On three can we push Bill through the bubble."

We all gathered round the ball. "Errm Mr Ford, do we push on one, zero or three?" Soos asked.

"Shut up Soos on zero you idiot. 3...2...1...0, with a heave we pushed the blob through. We could just hear Bill's screams as fell through the membrane.

"Pines, you haven't seen the last of me, we'll meet again." His voice died down and the bubble pulsated angrily, flashing red, yellow and orange. As one we ran from the cave whooping with joy as we left. Bill was defeated again.

We bade our farewells outside the cave entrance, I hugged Dipper for some time before leaving. I clicked my flashlight on and began the long walk home. I was confused about my thoughts towards Dipper and had lots to ask him tomorrow. Did Bill actually tell the truth? Did he still feel the same way towards me? Did he know about the kiss I gave him?

Dipper's point of view.

I tried to stay calm on the walk home, even with Mabel babbling in my ear. Wendy had kissed me. She'd kissed me. I tried to keep my smile in check with thoughts that she still only thought of me as a friend but it didn't work. I still had a chance. I might bring it up when I see her tomorrow.

No one's point of view.

The night was quiet in Gravity Falls, the moon glistening on top of the lake, pine trees stood still, not a branch moving. Yet in the stillness of this valley laid mysteries, monsters and more. It's not on most maps and most tourists drive past in without evening stopping but the next you're in Oregon, stop by, you might discover mysteries, adventure and romance.
