Depression chants, "you're a failure."
Anxiety cries, "get it together."
Your demons scream and claw at your mind,
As they search for a reason to live, inside.
As you look a little deeper inside your mind,
There's a positive voice that you will find.
He grabs a sword and slays your problems,
Making you forget you ever had them.
Though evil fights back and war begins,
But nothing can defeat the spirit within.
For that is the spirit of God inside,
And if you believe, He'll shield your mind
From all the horrible demons inside.
