Reader is Reiner's little sister (by 1 year). Let's just say that she forgets where the three of them are from because Reiner gave injected a serum in her.

Bertholdt's Pov:
Reiner, Annie, and I were watching (Y/n) bonding with our classmates from afar. I can't tell if she's being nice or if she still knows about our secret. Even if she does, she won't tell us.
But, something about her smile and the way her (e/c) eyes glimmer when she talks to them. She almost looks like she's right at home.
"So, tell us. When are you gonna man up and talk to her?"
Annie's voice had snapped me out of my thoughts and confused me. "Talk to her about what?" I asked.
Reiner scoffed as he rolled his eyes. "Come on, how can you not see it? You fell in love with her, despite being that." He hints at my identity.
I feel my face warm up at his sudden statement. "What?! You're kidding. That's why I can't be in love with her. We erased her memory a while ago. Do you want to throw all that hard work away?" I asked.
He chuckled as he patted my back. "Bertholdt, if she was okay with it then, why not now? To be honest, before we erased her memory, she had a huge crush on you. All I'm saying is give it a chance. You have my blessing."
I hummed as we looked back over at (Y/n) again. She WAS okay with it then... maybe I can confront her about this again. I don't think I can survive this situation without her.
*Timeskip*
Reader's Pov:
I was walking towards the girls' dorm to take a nap until I heard someone call out my name. I stop in my tracks and turned around to see my supposedly childhood best friend Bertholdt.
"Oh, hey, Bert. What's up?" I asked as he jogged up to me. Holy shit! He's as tall as a freaking tree. How was I best friends with a tree? Would it be polite to tell him to go be a tree?
"I'm actually quite all right. I have something to tell you, actually." He responded. I nodded and gave him my full attention. "What is it?"
"I'm the Colossal Titan, and I love you."
"I love you, too. And I knew that. I never told you guys, but, Annie told me everything so I wouldn't be left out."
So at one point I think instead of "I love you" Bertholdt said "I need a wife". Sleep deprivation be like 😂
