chapter 6 || sleeping troubles

I woke up in the middle of the night due to something hugging my legs--or someone. I groaned as I sleepily woke up trying my best to feel the thing touching my legs. I heard soft snores coming from the older and when I felt the thing on my leg, it was an arm. "YAHH! KIM TAEHYUNG LET ME GO!"

Instead of doing what I asked, Tae seemed to go into a deeper sleep hugging my leg even tighter. I kicked him, trying to shove him off. His grip on my leg must have been tight, though, because I couldn't seem to shake the boy off. I soon gave up, but I came back to reality when I heard Tae mumble things under his breath.

"N-no.. Don't leave.. P-please..." 

I bit my lip and stopped fighting him. Although it was really annoying, I felt sympathy for the poor kid. He seemed to have a horrible dream, whimpering and hugging onto my leg. When I looked up, I could see tears rolling down his cheeks. Oh my God. Oh my God. I knew I wasn't thinking straight when I gently grabbed the boy and pulled him around. To my side.

When I did this, he stopped whimpering and I sighed in relief. I closed my eyes again to fall back asleep peacefully, but I could feel something wrapping around my waist. No. No. No. I'm not ready. Not yet. Not again.

My heart was pounding in my chest but it wasn't out of love--it was out of fear. I pushed his arm away roughly, and I hopped off the bed. I'm not dealing with this. I ran to the kitchen and checked my pockets for my phone. I realized I had left it on the dresser--I always charge my phone.

I slowly crept back up the stairs and grabbed my phone from the stand right beside my bed. But when I opened the door again I heard a soft whimper as Taehyung sat up. "J-Jungkook.." I pretended to ignore him but he took my wrist as soon as the door opened. I groaned and shot daggers at him. "What?"

"D-don't l-l-leave.."

I sighed and he pulled me back onto the bed, his arms wrapped around me again. I squirmed around, begging him inside my mind to let me go. His grip tightened and he whispered, "Just for tonight... Please."

I reluctantly gave in, and soon enough I fell asleep in the new kid's arms.
