Demons, Training and War?!

When I saw who had came through the portal made me get filled with joy!

It was Sam, the brothers and the brothers wives.

"SAM!" I run past Diana and hug Sam in a tight embrace. He gives it back to me.
"Doofus, I've missed you so much!" He kisses my forehead. I then felt his grip around me tighten as he glares daggers at Diana.
"Why is she here?" He remained in his place, obviously wanting to pounce at her at any moment.

"Ask your father that question, Brute!" Diana gave back a cold yet vague answer
"I've been cursed so I can't leave this world... unless I die...." Sam's eyes widen and his face looks scared.

"Or if we go to war with the Demon Lord and kill him. That's always another option!" Diana sounded really chill about all of it.

"When are you gonna attack?" Damien said, I'd think he'd be the most reasonable person who really wants to kills the Demon Lord. He was the 'Bastard Son' after all.

"In a weeks time!" Diana simply says. "You'll all need to train obviously!"

"Where is this number coming from, succubus?"

Diana dodged the question and turns to me. "Dear, this is Sergeant" She pointed at the ogre like man. "This is... Shadow" She pointed at the man who was pale and had opened the portal. "This is Rabbit" She pointed at the woman with rabbit ears. "And this is Fae" She pointed at the fairy like creature which the more I think about it, is more likely a girl.

"What about him..." I asked.
"That's Saero. I'm allowing you to use his Demon name only if you're in trouble!" I stared at Diana in confusion.

"So the names you had given those four there...."

"I decided not to say their Demon names" She glared at Sam. "I'm surprised how you remained as calm as you were, brute!" Sam's muscles tensed up and I eased him as I made my embrace tighter.

I whisper, "Don't listen to her! She's not saying the truth! You're not a brute" Sam looks at me and smiles. I see Damien raise an eyebrow at Sam.

'What is he thinking Damien? Tell me later." I say in my head. I look at him and see him nod.

"So, we're stuck here until that asshole is dead?" Sam doesn't like the Demon Lord one bit. He was extremely spiteful to him.

"Correct." Diana stars at him and she then says "Well, you all better get resting. You'll need to train all day tomorrow!" Everyone nodded to Diana and Sam and I were led to the ambassadors room.

As soon as we got in there, I flipped in the bed.
"Sam, I'm sorry... I've been here a full day..."
"Hm? A day huh... oh wait... the time is different here than at the human world. It's faster here than there. A whole day here is five hours at the human world."

I sat up with a shocked and confused face. I raised an eyebrow. "So I haven't been gone for that long?"

Sam giggles and sits down next to me. "Yeah, basically!" He starts to playfully tickle me. Seeing as though we'd been together for two years, he knows the spots where I'm most ticklish.
"Hahah, stop!" I giggle uncontrollably and he hugs me eventually stopping.

"I love ya, Doofus!" He smiles widely at me. I kiss his nose
"I love you too... Dork!" He hugs me tighter.

We slowly lay down and I use his chest as a pillow once again. I hear his heartbeat and it's repetitive pattern.
Ba dum. Ba dum. Over and over. It relaxes me and I drift to a peaceful sleep.

I once again, I'm falling in the darkness and it's peaceful for much longer but once again... slowly broken away with a gunshot this time...?!

I softly land in the floor and I run u the direction of the gunshot. I see Sam fighting with... MALIX?! But he had died.... How... wait... Mika!

This is a dream!

I slowly walk behind Malix and it's as if he heard my quiet footsteps he turned around and with no hesitation shot me.

"NOOOOO!!!!" I hear Sam shout out and I hear another gunshot and the sound of Sam falling next to me.

I once again woke up screaming...

"Agh.... Huh... hey hey!! What's up?!" Sam is still alive... once again... what a relief!!

"I had a.... another nightmare..." I hugged his body and tightly held him. He patted my head slowly and soothes my hair with his hand.

"Remember, a stupid n..."
"Malix was there and he shot me then you!!! That's why I'm so scared.... what if you didn't kill him, Sam?" His eyes widened at my outburst and probably my words.

"Mika... I..."
"Sorry...." I felt horrible... I'd made him speechless and I'd hated the face he had made. It was sadness and anger.... "Sorry I said that..." I start to cry. "I know you killed him... it just scared me... I'm.."
Sam kisses me which makes me stare at him with shock and it makes my thoughts fade away.

Was he enthralling me to make me feel better? That's actually sweet....

He slowly lets go "It's ok! You're probably tried, confused, scared... I mean... you're trapped here until he or you die...." A tear runs down his cheek and I rub it away with my thumb.

"Sam... we need to rest...." I place a kiss on his nose and he hugs me tighter as we both flow away into sleep.

I'm the morning Sam and I were awoken by knocking on the door.

Sam juts awake as well as I do and we say at the same time "FIVE MORE MINUTES!!" And I hear giggles.
"C'mon! It's food we're talking about guys!" Of course Matthew would have said that!
Once again we say in sync "Ughhh!! FINE!!" We both sit up and everyone walks in along with Diana.

"You need to choose a trainer..." She directly says to me.

I have to choose from:
Fae
Rabbit
Sergeant
Shadow
And Saero.

"I'll choose..."
