I know.

You're in my vains.

You're poison.

I know.

I tried to cut you out,

But you are mixed with blood and plasma,

And that's something I need.

I know,

I know.

Everything is better for you,

But nothing is good enough.

And I guess dreaming,

Is far different than believing.

I know.

There's 26 petals,

Rose petals.

They're scattered like,

Sentences amongst these wood floors.

Even if I'm tied up,

You've placed me by this window.

And, for a moment,

I can feel the sweet early morning air,

For a moment this reality,

Is as beautiful as you say it is.

26 petals,

Convinced me chains are merely,

Part of my past.

Chains are merely part of me,

And I am beautiful.

I know.
