Katy's POV
Sal was actually quite cute. He had a soft but kind smile which made me smile. His eyes were visible in the dark and his gelled hair was perfect. He was actually quite dreamy. I looked over to see him on the other side of the table laughing at his phone.
"What's so funny?" I asked, taking a sip of my drink.
"My mate, Joe, sent me a old video from season 1!" Sal said. "Look!" He added, sitting next to me.
"Is that you?!" I asked, as I didn't recognise him without a beard.
"Yep!" He said.
"What do you mean season 1?" I asked.
"Well... I'm on a tv show called impractical jokers" he revealed.
"I think I've seen a few episodes" I said to him. He smiled as he took a sip from his drink. "So I presume you have a girlfriend as your not looking for a date" I said to him.
"Nope I'm single! What about you hey?" He asked me, looking into my ocean blue eyes.
"Same but I'm not looking for anyone. I'm just here for my friend" I said, looking around for her. I found her next to this guy.
"There she is" I pointed out to Sal.
"The one by the bar? She's talking to my mate Murr!" Sal said. "And Q is down there!" He said showing me them both.
"And then there's us!" I said with a laugh.
"Well at least we have each other to talk to!" He replied back with a smile.
The doors slammed close as my eyes wondered to see who had walked in. It was my ex. We broke up 4 years ago and I hadn't seen him since.
"Oh no!" I muttered. Sal heard and looked at me for a response. "That's my ex!" I said to him.
"Wanna make him jealous?" Sal said. He wrapped his arms around me.
"What are you doing!" I whispered.
"Just wait and see!" He said. My ex saw us and left the bar.
"I knew it would work!" Sal said slowly taking his arm back. Murr and Emma came stumbling back over to me and Sal, with Q following behind.
"This is Emma!" Murr slurred his words, a bit drunk.
"Who is your girlfriend Sal?" Q teased.
"This is Katy and not my girlfriend but maybe my friend?" Sal said looking over at me. I nodded. "Yep my friend!" He confirmed.
"Well we should walk you guys home!" I said.
"Yeah!" Sal said back to me.
