Be Mine! Part 1

Chapter 25

Sal pulled back for a minute to see my reaction but I pulled him back in. I loved him so much, and I've been waiting for this for five years!
"I love you Sal Vulcano" I whispered, holding his hand.
"I love you so much more" he replied. We stood outside, in an awkward silence wondering what to do next.
"I bet I should get home. It's quite late and I gotta leave at 8am soo" I said to Sal.
"Here, let me walk you home" he said to me. He stood closely next to me and gripped hold of my hand. I turned to smile at Sal and he did the same. We walked off back to my place. Sal kept standing closer to me, jumping over the puddles. He kept admiring my face with a glistening shimmer in his green adorable eyes. I couldn't help but give him a smile back and he'd smile back at me. When we arrived outside my door, Sal stood there and laughed to himself. He then pulled me in and kissed me again. He was so romantic!!
"What's that for?" I asked with a smile.
"I have no clue. Your just... irresistible" Sal replied. I felt like I had to address the situation with me and Q so Sal definitely knew what happened.
"Look about me and Q.." I began. Sal began to laugh.
"Look, I honestly don't care. I'm just happy" Sal replied.
Sal made sure I got in safe and stayed for a few hours but hen left. He got a taxi home, and I suppose I'll see him in the morning before I leave.

The Next Morning!
I woke up at 6:30 am. E sunlight, peeking its way through the lavender curtains. I was so tired and just wanted to fall back asleep, but I didn't want to be late for my flight. A part of me wanted Sal to come round to my place and convince me not to leave, but in reality, I knew he wouldn't. There was no me and Sal it was all in my head I suppose.

I jumped into the shower. I began to think of last minute things I haven't packed and raced around searching for those things. Joe was giving me a lift to the airport in 10 minutes and the guys were coming here to say goodbye. I haven't heard from Q or Sal since last night.
I threw on my black T- shirt, black leggings and a hoodie. I heard the door knock, so I rushed downstairs to open the door. Murr and Joe were stood there with smiles and sad faces, however Q was stood outside, in the drive, leaning against his jeep.
"He feels a bit bad from yesterday" Joe revealed to me. I decided to spare a few minutes and go out and clear the air with him. I walked out with my arms folded with a warm smile.
"Hey" I said. He gently looked up at me and smiled, well... an awkward smile.
"Oh hey" he replied. I decided to lean up against the jeep, next to him.
"About last night" I said. I could see him nervous.
"What? Your grossed out? Forget it happened?" He guessed.
"Nope! Thank you. It was actually quite sweet of you" I replied. He let out a released smile.
"How did Sal take it?" He asked me.
"Well he hasn't really mentioned it!" I replied. "Have you spoken to him?" I asked.
"I haven't yet" Q replied. "I presume he's on his way here!" Q said to me.
"I hope so" I replied. Me and Q walked back into the house, now back to normal again. Murr and Joe bought down my suitcases and placed them in the boot of the car. I glanced at the clock and realised I was going to be late... and still no sign of Sal. I couldn't leave it anymore later so I dropped him a text and decided to leave.

Me: on my way to the UK now!! See you soon! xxx

"I guess this is goodbye" I said. I gave Murr a hug, feeling his tears in my shoulders. I then hugged Q as he whispered
"Have a great time. I'll miss ya" in my ear.
I also gave Joe a hug, even though he was seeing me off at the airport. I got into Joes car and waved to Q and Murr as I left.
"I can't believe Sal never turned up!" Murr said to Q.
"I know!" Q agreed.

Sal's POV
I woke up to the sound of my phone at 7:45 am. The sound of my phone woke me up. I checked it and saw a message from Katy
Katy: on my way to the UK now!! See you soon! xxx

Oh my god!!! I forgot to set my alarm!! She's already gone and I never told her how I felt. I knew I had to get down to the airport immediately. I rang Q and asked for a lift and he let me. We raced down to the airport. Above all the busy heads I could see Katy with her suitcases, about to walk onto the plane.
"KATY!" I screamed from the other side of the airport, whilst running after her.
"Excuse me sir, you can't run past" a worker said.
"Look, he's chasing the love of his life okay!" Q interrupted. I gave him a smile and continued to chase after her.
"Katy!" I said, grabbing her hand. She turned around with a surprised smile.
"Oh hey" Katy said to him.
"Look, don't leave!" I began, catching my breath. She looked confused. "Look, for five years I've loved you! I've had to keep that to myself. I have never fe,t the way about anyone else like I feel about you! I love you!" I blurted out.
"I love you too but~" she said.
"Please. Don't go! Just stay here, with me!" I pleaded.
