Sal's POV
"Well.." I began. I wanted Katy but I also wanted to see how me and Claire would be.
"Choose!" Claire rushed.
"Fine I suppose..." I said. She began to storm off. "You!" I said, unconvincingly. 'WHAT AM I DOING!' I shouted to myself in my head. I love Katy! But I kinda like Claire but not in the same way. I turned to Q and he shook his head, knowing I said the wrong thing. Claire ran up to me and tried to kiss me. I instantly turned the other way so she only managed to kiss my cheek. I haven't kissed anyone since I kissed Katy and I intend on it remaining like that.
"Right I'm gonna go but I have to ask you something" Claire began. She whispered into my ear "promise me you won't hang around with Katy anymore!" She asked.
"What?!" I said, totally shocked.
"Just don't!" Claire said.
"She works with us!" I pointed out.
"Well don't talk to her during work!" Claire said.
"But we always go out on Tuesday nights together!" I said.
"Not anymore!" Claire said, walking off.
Tuesday:
Katy's POV
Today was Tuesday, the day me and Sal usually hang out after work. We would do something fun every week like bowling, the movies or even go to a restaurant. But today was very different. Q explained that Claire wanted Sal to stay away from me so I listened and attempted to keep my distance. I didn't bother to talk to him or even go near to where he was. Q and Murr came over to me whilst Joe kept Sal company.
I was talking to Q and behind I saw Sal. Sal looked over and locked eyes with mine and gave me a smile.
"Sal go to Katy for makeup!" Someone shouted. Sal let a little smile slip then tried to hide it.
"You don't have to if its awkward" Sal said.
"No it's fine. At the end of the day it's my job" I said. Sal sat down on the chair and wouldn't take his eyes of me. there was no conversation. It was so awkward.
"Today is Tuesday!" Sal said. I just finished his makeup. I knew what he was insinuating.
"And tomorrow is Wednesday" I said walking away. I slowly turned backs around to see Sal looking miserable. Tuesday was our day, but I didn't want to cause issues for him and Claire so I acted as though I had no clue what it meant.
Sal walked back to Joe and Q, as Murr was about to start his challenge.
"What's wrong?" Q asked. Sal looked to the floor as he swung his right leg sheepishly.
"I miss Katy..." Sal replied.
