SCARLETT'S POV
"Can I come out now?" He asked behind my couch.
"Yeah. Coast is clear." I said.
I put him back there cause I just needed it to be Drew and I.
I didn't want him freaking out over me having Aiden over.
I just needed answers about this other girl.
I got them.
But I'm still a little hurt.
"How'd it go?" He asked.
"Okay I guess. He said that he only dated this girl cause she said she'd make him famous." I sighed.
"That's a really stupid reason." He said.
"I know. But he told me he broke things off with her and that he loves me." I said.
"And what'd you say?" He asked.
"I told him that the space is good for us. I told him I needed to think about us." I said.
"So you broke up with him?" He asked.
"No! I just told him that we need this space. It'll be good that I'm here and he's there." I said.
"How'd you say bye to him?" He asked.
"Well he said that he loves me and I said see you later." I said.
"I'm just not ready to see I love you back to him. He's a different person to me now." I added on.
"Least he tried to make amends. When I found out my ex was cheating on me, all she said was too bad, so sad." He said.
"I'm sorry." I said.
"It's fine. She was a bitch anyway." He said.
