The Purple Paladin ~Lance vs Keith x Reader~

Chapter 2

"OH NO" We all screamed again but louder as we turned around to see something strange enter the atmosphere 

"What is that?" Lance and Hunk said in unison

"Could it be?" Pidge questioned

"Let's go and check it out." I said as I swiftly jumped into a nearby tree and climbed down, Lance, Hunk and Pidge all staring in disbelieve "C'mon!"  I said enthusiastically 

"How The... What..." I heard Pidge say as Lance jumped into the tree and climbed down almost falling.

"Here goes nothing." Hunk said as he jumped, missing the tree but landed on Lance who was squished on the ground below. "OWWWWWWWWW!" Lance Screamed

"OMG, LANCE ARE YOU OK?" I scream 

"Aww is Y/N actually worried for little old Lancey?" Hunk said sheepishly as he got off Lance and helped him up.

"Of Course, He's my best friend," I responded with a smirk as Pidge jumped into the tree with a high pitched squeal.

"Maybe More?" Lance asked as Hunk helped Pidge down the tree

"Maybe," I said as Lance blushed a cute tint of pastel pink

We searched the skies for the unknown object we saw before, "THERE IT IS!" Pidge yelled as we ran after it. The ship landed not far to the East and the Earth shook a little as it did. We saw the small looking ship and all four of us decided to take a look, as Lance was about to open the door I heard footsteps so I signalled Pidge and Hunk to hide in a nearby bush, I tried to signal Lance but he was so curious to open the door. I swiftly tackled Lance into a nearby bush as the door swung open and guards ran to the aircraft that had fallen.

I tried to get up when I realised how I landed on Lance, I landed on top of him with our faces only centimetres apart, my hands on his chest and his hands on my waist. "Lance, can I get up now?" I asked as Lance's grip on my waist got tighter. I kept struggling until Pidge told Lance and I to look in the compound, I quickly but gently got up whilst helping Lance up in the process.

"Oh My Gosh!" I heard Pidge say pointing at a body on a table, he was strapped down.  After seeing him strapped down Pidge and I decided to get him out, we cut the straps that connected him to the table, when I just cut the last strap I heard him groan as he started to get up.

"OMG, THAT GUY'S MY HERO!" Lance exclaimed

"Who's your hero?" I questioned

"Haven't you heard of Takashi Shirogane, the guy who piloted the ship for the Kerberos Mission with Sam and Matt Holt?" he said

"SHIRO!" Pidge screamed as someone very familiar kicked the door open. He had black hair, shimmering purple eyes and wore a red jacket.

"KEITH?" I yell as he looked at me and ran for a hug. We hugged for what seemed like forever.

"OH NO NO NO NO NO!" I heard Lance angrily yell to Keith as he let me go.

"Y/N is that really you? How long has it been? five years?" Keith asked as he rubbed the back of his neck

"Okay." I heard Pidge say sadly to the man that she called Shiro

We all focus our attention back to Pidge as Keith ran to the man on the table.

"SHIRO!" He screamed
