It's been a year, one whole year,
One year since my heart broke,
One year since those words shattered my world,
In the three hundred and sixty five days so much has happened,
So much heart break,
So much happiness,
So many tears,
And just as many smiles,
I wish I could tell you all about it,
I wish I could show you how far I've come,
I wish I could just pick up the phone and call you,
We would talk about loves lost,
And laugh about stupid moments passed,
We would reminisce about old days,
Crying over stupid fights,
Smiling when we made up again,
It's been a year, one whole year,
One year since my heart broke,
One whole year since you died,
One whole year of missing you.
