NOTE: This takes place after "Above and Beyond".

This is if Romeo survived, and the ship is Romeo x Stella.

Romeo was unsure if he could do this. But he had to try. He knew that it was the right thing to do, and he had to try instead of not put in any effort.

If he could apologize to Xara, then he could apologize to Stella.

He hurt Stella by destroying Champion City. He claimed that it was to "set an example" to everyone, and convince them all to never dare stand up to him or plot against him. But that wasn't the reason why.

He wanted to push Stella away. He didn't want her to be near him, even if he did want her to be his friend. In fact, he felt that she was the champion that he always hoped he'd fine.

But he threw that away, because he was afraid of hurting Stella. He was afraid that he'd give her a fate similar to the one he gave Fred.

He didn't want to hurt Stella, but he realized that he did that by destroying Champion City. So he was here to apologize.

Romeo slowly walked through the streets of Champion City. The city was still under repairs, and people were hard at work. They were busy fixing all the damage that he caused. It was so easy to cause so much destruction with his powers. With just a clap of his hands, the city went up into smoke. But the repairs would take so much longer. Even with a hundred people working, it would take months, maybe even a couple years, to repair all the damage that Romeo caused.

As he walked through the city, Romeo noticed that some of the citizens were staring at him. He didn't even guess why they were staring at him. He knew that they were aware that he was the admin, just with no more powers. And even if he teleported them away, sparing them from the destruction he caused, Romeo knew that everyone still hated him. They hated him for destroying their city. It didn't seem to matter if he spared them, because he left them to repair the damage he caused.

Romeo did his best to avoid eye contact, and he didn't say anything. He wanted to find Stella and talk to her, but even if he didn't know where to go, he didn't dare ask for directions. He wanted to avoid trouble and not upset anyone by speaking to them.

After a while, he finally found her. Stella was in the center of the city. A couple of her bodyguards were there with her. Her back was turned towards Romeo, and she was looking over some blueprints of some sort.

Romeo started to walk up to Stella, but the bodyguards stepped in the way.

"Sorry sir, but you cannot bother Stella. She's busy with something," said one of the guards.

"Please. I need to talk to her," Romeo said, almost quietly.

"Wait, aren't you the admin? You're the one who destroyed our city!" said the second guard.

Romeo nervously backed up, shaking in his shoes as he did.

"Get out of our city you monster! Can't you see that we have to repair the mess that you made!?" the second guard angrily said.

"Leave him alone. He's not all bad," said a voice.

The guards turned around, revealing that Stella saw the commotion.

"But Stella-"

"No buts," she told him, cutting off the second guard. "He's not all bad, and I think I know why he's here. Please leave us be."

The second guard was going to protest, but the first one nodded his head. He made his friend walk away with him. Soon, the guards were gone, leaving Romeo and Stella alone.
