MICHAEL'S POV:

We're driving to Nandos and it's very quiet in the car.
"So..... How are you?" I ask her.
"Good. What about you?" She asks me.
"Great, actually." I say.
"That's good." She says. "You know, you look a lot different than I imagined you would."
"Is that a good or a bad thing?" I ask.
"I don't know. I pictured you a lot....... Smaller and not as good looking....." She says with a giggle.
I smile. (And maybe blush a little)
"Well that's good." I say.
"Speaking of which, how tall are you?" She asks.
"Six foot something." I say.
"Wow." She says. "You're freaking tall."
I chuckle.
"Yeah." I say.
"So.... You like Nandos?" She asks.
"Yeah, I love it." I say. "What about you?"
"It's amazing." She says.
Just then, we pull into the Nandos parking lot.
We park and I shut the car off. Callie and I get out of the car and walk into Nandos. We then walk up to the cash register.
"Hi I'm Carly what would you guys like tonight?" The cashier asks.
"I'll have the special and a large drink please." I say.
"Umm... I'll have the same except a small drink please." Callie says.
"Okay. Who's paying today?" The cashier asks.
I hand her my credit card.
"Thank you." The cashier says as she swipes it on the cash register. She hands it back to me.
"Here's your number." She says as she hands us a small sign with a number '13' on it. "And your drinks." She hands is our drink cups.
We walk over to the fountain. I get Coke, Callie gets Diet Coke.
Then, Callie and I go and find a booth to sit at. We find one and sit down. I sit across from her.
"What a coincidence." Callie says, pointing to our number on the table.
"What?" I ask, a little confused.
"Number thirteen.... It's Taylor Swift's lucky number." She says.
Great. She's a Taylor Swift fan. Eh, I don't really mind.
"Oh..." I say. "Cool."
"Yeah." Callie says.
"So.... What have you been up to lately?" I ask., taking a drink of my Coke.
"Actually, I've been working on putting together a demo cd. I sing and play guitar." She says.
"Wow! That's amazing!" I say. "I'm a musician myself."
"That's awesome!" Callie says.
