If we dig deep into our memories, we will probably recall how many things used to make us happy in the childhood. However, now, as adults, we very often lose that joy. In order to de-stress and relax it's good to grab a good book. Reading allows us to detach from the reality and worries, because it brings our thoughts into another world. It's that easy because – as everybody knows (and some people even have been proving it scientifically) – our brain is able to think about one thing at a moment. When You finish reading, You will look at Your existing problems and worries in a completely different way. Why? Because a fresh and relaxed brain solves all problems way faster and more efficiently – and You will certainly experience it Yourself.

If You didn't have a chance, I strongly encourage You to read books "Byłem waszym bogiem" ("I Used to Be Your God") and "Obłąkańcy" ("Lunatics") by Cezary Bukowski. I can guarantee You that You will enjoy that time, from the beginning to the very last page.
