Chloe and Derek- A New Beginning

Chapter 6

Tori is the loudest snorer ever. But also a heavy one, so that makes my job a whole lot easier. I snook into her bathroom; and right now its 2am.

I was busy at work when the door nob turned. Who ever it was jiggled the handle once more.

I quickly hopped out and sat on the toilet.

"Chloe, open the door. I know your not using the bathroom." Crap.

I got up and opened the door.

"Whats with all the banging, its two in the morning."

"I just- i just couldn't sleep, i have a headache and i thought there was Advil underneath the sink."

"Right. Well whatever your doing, i hope you know you'll hear it in the morning." And with that, Derek walked back to his room.

I stared at the darken hallway, listening to see who else could have possibly been up. After a minute, i closed the door and went back to work.

It took me twenty minutes to complete, but i was positive it was going to work. After, i gathered all the supplies and went into our room, being careful and quiet not to wake her up. I out everything under my bed and climbed under the covers.

Tomorrow was gonna be hilarious and i cant wait.

I was so comfortable and warm. But i started to get anxious with excitement when i heard the shower turn on.

Baby you light up my world like nobody else...........you don't know-oh-oh, you don't know your beautiful.....

Jesus i hope she gets a strep throat. Every morning Tori likes to obnoxiously wake me up by singing her favourite songs in the shower. She says its her 'only time of peace' or her 'karaoke morning'. Well i say its hurting my ears.

Just as i was contemplating on telling her to shut up, i heard the water turn off.

And this would be my cue to leave and go help my aunt before my head gets chopped off.

I quickly enter the kitchen to find Kit making pancakes and Simon and Derek sitting at the table conversing.

"Good morning Kit." I say cheerfully while getting plates and cups out.

"Good morning Chloe." He smiled back.

"Where's my aunt?"

"She's out getting more milk."

"Oh." I turn towards the table and sit down.

Derek is looking at me saying 'you better run'.

"What?" I say innocently. But i cant help but smile.

I poured some orange juice for everyone.

"Ahhhhh! Chloe!!!!!!!" I heard a scream. Next thing you know, Tori came barging in the room with purple hair.
