On June 1st, Anngie, Patty, and Sam just got out of school and started summer."I hate the summer, it's all hot and I get VERY sweaty" Patty whined. "Patty, it's really not that bad, especially since all you're gonna do is stay inside all day long." Sam replied. "Wow and you don't do that." Patty sassed. "Well kinda I guess. I am going to that music camp again, and I got cousins to visit."
As the two argued Anngie, being sick of listening to the two bicker, she silently wandered behind the two, looking around for some sort of entertainment. Something seemed to glimmer in the distance. Out of curiosity, Anngie went over to inspect this object. This gleaming object seemed to be a golden necklace with a small purple jewel. "Whoa," Anngie breathed out in astonishment. All of a sudden, she seemed to sink into the ground before she could udder a single word.
"No I don't! Hey Anngie! Do I- huh??" Patty stammered " Uh Anngie?! ANNGIE!?!?" Sam flinched at the volume of her friend's voice and covers her ears. "Sam where did Anngelina go!?!?" Sam flinched again then uncovered her ears, "I don't know! But yelling at me isn't going to do us any good!" Sam angrily replied. "Well I'm nervous! I yell when I'm nervous!!" Patty yelled with wide eyes. "No Patty, you just yell when you can." Sam facepalmed. Patty crossed her arms wanting to sass her friend again but decided that it wasn't worth it and continued to yell for her missing friend.
"Hm?" Sam hummed with curiosity as she saw something glimmer in the light. She went towards it and discovered a necklace with what looked to be a ruby. Sam picked it up as she inspected it. "Hey Patty look what I found!" She called out to her panicked friend. Patty stumbled over to Sam and gazed at the item.
All of a sudden non of them could move as they were being sucked into the ground. Sam had kept her grip on the necklace, she didn't know why though, she just felt like it was important. Both girls screamed in terror as they were falling to what they assumed to be their deaths. Everything around them was pitch black. They couldn't see what was around them they could only hear. Patty flipped over so her backpack would take the fall, "flip over!!!" Patty warned. "What!? What do you mean!?!?" Sam shrieked at Patty. "Your backpack! It'll take the fall!!" The brunette informed her. "At this height!? You're crazy!!" The blonde retorted.
Their screams were shushed as they soon saw light up ahead of them. "Look!!" Sam pointed to the light. "No duh!!" Patty sassed her. It was as if they jumped into some sort of fantasy book. There were many beautiful red trees under them, the sky was a pastel red with few clouds to be seen. But those that were seen looked to be like pink cotton candy.
The girls were abruptly stopped from their amazement by crashing into the trees and falling on their heads or on their backpack. Yet again everything was pitch black for them as they fell unconscious.
