Chapter 9 Not so much Mother Daughter

     I woke up to my mother coming in the door the next morning. I looked over at my dog, feeling if he was still breathing. I'm sad to say he was not.

"Mom, why didn't you come yesterday?" I asked. 

"I was busy," she said.

"Busy doing what?" I asked. 

     She didn't give me a response. She only looked at the dog and noticed that he was dead. My mother just let him lie on the bed and walked away.

"Mom," I shouted. "We have to do something."

     My mother was being very negative at this moment. She was acting like there is nothing we can do.

     I was sad. Depressed. "Mom, we can bury him," I proposed.

     My mother just looked at me. "Faithfully, she is gone. There is nothing we can do. I'll call one of my friends." 

"Mom," I stopped her. I wanted the phone at least cause I had not had it for so long. I mean it was only fair cause I did pay some of it. Right after I asked, she yelled no. I was protesting cause I did put my money on that phone to.

     Mom and I started to argue. That lead to some fist fights. Then she started to pull my hair. It felt like a part of my head was about to be pulled out. There was a big bump on my head where she pulled my hair. Then without a warning she called the police. A mother calling the police on her own daughter. She clearly wanted me taken out of her life. This all happen cause of a phone that we both pay on.

     The police came. He wanted info on what was going on. We told him about the dog and phone problem. Then I started to tell him about some of the things that have happened in my life. I tried to tell Mom about it and she does nothing. I told him that she doesn't listen. 

     Out of the clear blue the policeman yelled at me and said "SHE DOESN'T HAVE TO LISTEN TO YOU!"

     With that I stormed off. I walked into the house, slamming the door, and lay on my bed crying. I hate my life. I don't even have a dog anymore. I don't have a phone just in case something happens. These things were my entertainment. Now I can't read my adopted by Pentatonix book that was written by Kathryn_Ruth or the one that was written by S00f1aS00f ,or it doesn't have to be the adopted one. Like the one that is called," Homeless," that is written by baileebear8bai.
