Hi guys! I don't know if anyone is reading this, but imma keep writing anyway! I'm super fucking excited because I finally got a solid 5 hours of BLOODY sleep! I'm still tired...Lol
*language warning over*
I hope everyone's having a good day!
I'm going to make soap today....!
*Warning, sensitive/ triggering topics ahead and some graphic explaining*
I don't know if anyone cares or wants to know but, I relapsed again and cut on my 'pretty arm' (one that I did cut on). I was really upset about some issues and it just happened...
You see, when I cut, blood usually spills out and it makes me feel ok again. I know most people say it's stupid, I'm sorry...I say that so often now, it's just the only thing I say now. I moved from the arm I usually cut, to my pretty one because the arm I usually cut is now just scars, dead tissue and hacked up carnage. As soon as I put the blade on my other arm, I knew that there was no going back. I'm sorry, I'm just sorry.
When I cut, it's usually very deep and bleeds a lot, it had gone through my shirt (I cut at school this time) and my learning coach, I SHIT you NOT, said "well you couldn't have cut that deep because you would be dead"...what do I do? She is very bad at making me feel ok and got mad and says that I'll have to live with the consequences with cutting (she had called my parents and they get mad when I cut). I had a massive panic attack she said she had to do a suicide risk assessment. Is that legal? I'm not trying to be rude or mean but don't you have to consult the person's doctor and/or therapist at the hospital? GAAAHH. I tell her all the time that she hurts me when she says stuff about my cutting habits, but she won't stop. Does anyone have suggestions?
*Warning over!*
Thanks for reading and I hope y'all have a good day!❤😀
