Sheph watched Mark nervously as he rummaged through the games in the box he'd pulled out for him to look through. He had forgotten to hide all of his, personal  games before Mark came over and now he could only pray Mark didn't dig too deep. Unfortunately..
"Well then." Mark said as his hand rested on something Sheph couldn't see. Mark started to giggle as he pulled out one of Sheph's guilty pleasures. He continued to laugh as Sheph sprung into action trying to snatch whatever Mark was holding. He succeeded to snatch away one of his high-school dating sims, probably the most ironic one he could've found.

"You're-actually.... into that cheesy dating stuff? He asked as he almost fell off the couch in laughter, Frozen out of embarrassment Sheph's face slowly reddened like the boxers the jock was wearing in the cover of the game. Finally Mark died-down, and sat back up. Wiping a tear from his eye. He looked up at Sheph's scared face, and instantly he regretted his reaction. Clearing his throat he sat up straight.
"Hey don't worry That was funny and nothing else." He assured to Sheph, who blinked out of surprise, 'is he serious?'

"I'm sorry you saw that honestly." Sheph said apologetically as he casually tucked the game into the cushions of the couch behind his back. Mark chuckled, and proceeded to brush it off.
"Forget about it." He assured. "Everyone has their thing. You don't have to feel so embarrassed over it." He continued. Confusion spread over Shephs face.
"I think it might be different when your 'thing' is cheesy dating sims and such." He replied with an awkward laugh, however before Mark could reply. Which he was about to do. Knocks sounded from the door; surprised. Sheph walked up the stone steps into the dark night. The chilled air cut threw him, and down into the basement they'd been in, to reveal a silhouetted figure. That of a wolf.

"Is Mark here?" The wolf asked briskly. Sheph blinked in surprise at the sudden appearance. "You his boy-friend?" Sheph replied jokingly as his eyes began to adjust. The wolfs face had set upon it the strongest resting bitch face he had ever seen, and clearly was not amused with his joke. He must be-
"Kyle! What are you doing here friend?" Mark asked. Breaking the wall of embarrassment that had just surrounded Sheph. Having walked up the stairs behind him unheard. Kyle's expression shifted almost immediately upon glancing up at the jackal to something much more pleasant. Sheph raised an eyebrow at the connection.
"Tell your friend here your play-date's over. We have a mission." Kyle told him quickly. Already he was turning to leave as if Mark wouldn't disagree. Wrong this was for Mark spoke up quickly, with a rather sensitive tone.

"Where would we be going?" He asked with hesitation. Kyle looked back at him in surprise, and then his piercing green gaze shifted to Sheph. Who blushed, and scratched the back of his head. "Something's been tunneling threw the mountains down by the land of war, and its collapsing the peaks into themselves." He replied indifferently. Sheph's eyes widened, and he looked at Mark, who clearly had given in.
"So you gotta find out who's doing it?" Sheph asked with an inquisitive glance to Mark, who laughed in embarrassment. Kyle let out a chuckle, leaving Sheph to look back, and forth between them. Feeling ridiculously inferior.

"We have to fix the mountains first." Kyle said in amusement as if it was the obvious answer. "Then we will proceed to capture the culprit, yes." Mark continued with a nod to Kyle, who turned fully, and exited the booth. Mark began to leave, but Sheph cleared his throat as to make Mark turn; which he did.
"You're just gonna go?" Sheph asked feeling a bit dejected. Mark scratched his head in a way that would only lead to an apology.
"Have fun finding your guy I guess. " Sheph said trying to sound as powerless as he could, and it worked since Mark sighed, and called out to Kyle who had already began to walk away, and was barely visible in the towns hanging night lanterns.

"Would it be too irresponsible of me to ask if Sheph could Tag along?" He asked in the kindest voice he could muster. Sheph's ears perked in excitement.
Kyles black silhouette paused for a few seconds before responding. "If he dies you have tell his family." Kyle replied nonchalantly. In turn Sheph punched the air in excitement. Running after Mark who'd started after Kyle feeling awfully ecstatic.
