Camp Camp Fanfic - David x Reader x Daniel

Time Skip Chapter!

[A/N]: A time skip past you getting settled into camp. Nothing new has happened. Don't worry!

It was a few weeks into your job. Halfway through summer. You were sat watching the campers play with Daniel and Gwen. David was off chasing Max around since he apparently stole David's phone and was planning to escape again with it or something.

Max tripped over a tiny twig and you laughed as David caught him just in time. You noticed Daniel stare at you then at David then stare back at his phone which he'd been playing on for the past hour or so. David started tickling Max until he dropped the phone and David managed to run off with it.

He jumped into the lake where majority of the campers were because he knew Max wasn't going to follow him into a lake over the phone.

"Nikki! Get the phone from David!" he yelled into the water.

Nikki emerged and paddled over to David who turned round and high-pitched screamed when he saw Nikki leaping towards him out of the water.

You started laughing even more and Daniel laughed along a bit along with you. You noticed he'd looked up from his phone when he'd heard Max yelling and was watching the show since.

You smiled and looked over to Gwen who was wide-eyed staring at her tablet. You took a guess that she was watching one of her favourite shows or something like that and something that especially interested her was happening.

Gwen looked up and saw you staring at her and glared daggers at you before hiding her face in her tablet. You giggled and went back to watching the kids.

Daniel shoved his phone in his pocket and walked up to you.

"Hey [Y/N], wanna go join the kids in the lake?"

You stared at the lake and saw David climbing out absolutely soaked. You looked back at Daniel and laughed a bit.

"Daniel, I'll get soaked! I mean, look at David! He jumped in there in his normal clothes and he's absolutely soaking wet! I'd rather not deal with that." You laughed a bit again as Daniel stared at you with a confused face which quite quickly changed to a face of realisation.

His face went red as he imagined what you'd look like in swim wear and he grabbed your arm and pulled you off. 

Once you two reached the cabins he pushed you off into a one you shared with Gwen at times and he nervously told you to get ready, telling you he would also, so that you could relax and cool off since it was a hot day.

You walked out and saw Daniel who's face most likely literally turned into a tomato when he saw you.

*Bursts out laughing*

I'll leave this at a cliff hanger... I started writing this in third person then changed. I noticed my change to first person before noticing I was in third person the entire time so I wrote the rest of it like this. I quite prefer this style of writing. I'm not used to it.. I normally write in P.O.Vs and all that jazz. Also I'm currently watching Markiplier tapping a jar of mayo for the I don't know how many'th time. I should stop re-watching Mark but I have nothing better to do in life most the time.

I lose interest in writing this and my other story.

Sorry for the awkward timings though. I lost interest in Camp Camp for a while and only got this idea from being relaxed all day. I finally got something I needed to say done and for once haven't been stressed!
