Y/N thanked the drive thru worker before handing her twin boys, Kalvin and Kameron,  their Chick Fil A kids meals. She  watched as they swapped bags which is something they always do with their food. Why do they do that, she doesn't have an answer just yet. She stopped by the park near their home so they could eat. Y/N helps her boys out of their car seats grabbing the food, drink, blanket, and their hands. Laying the blanket down they boys sitting on it getting ready to eat.

" Um my two little greedy butts pray first before you eat."

The two say a quick prayer saying amen in unison. The mother watched her two little angels munch on chicken nuggets and swap their meal toys. She looked down at her watch to see the time.

" Mommy I want to see daddy!"

" Yeah me too!"

" Alright babies I'll call him."

Keith and Y/N have been separated for a good minute. They've been togther ever since she was a junior at UCLA and he was just starting his career. He always had trouble with responsibilities outside of work. It was like he wasn't ready to grow up just yet. He was there, but not all the way. When she got pregnant with the twins she thought he was going to change and he did.

The reason to why they broke up up is because Keith cheated and lied about it. Now if he would've admitted to it they could've still been together and went to counseling.

Y/N packed her things and moved out. Keith was there for the appointments, the classes, the birth, and that was it. During the pregnancy and the four years of the boys lives their relationship has been nothing but co parents. Keith would try and be slick with his sexual remarks, but Y/N doesn't pay attention.

Speaking of co parenting, it doesn't feel like co parenting. It's more like Y/N has to ask Keith to get the boys when she shouldn't have to. He should be open about it because they are his sons too. It's like pulling teeth trying to get Keith to be a father to his kids. He's always coming up with excuses about how he can't pick them up because of work and all types of bullshit that he spitting.

Y/N clicks on his contact pulling the phone up to her hear. As the phone was ringing Y/N was pulling stuff out of Kalvin's head.

" Hello ", he groans.

"Hey Keith were you sleeping?"

" No I was up ", he yawns, " but what's up."

Kameron takes the phone away from his mom sharing it between his brother.

" Hey daddy!"

" Hey buddy ", Y/N can tell he was smiling.

" Where's your brother?"

" He's right beside me."

" Hey dad."

" Hey Kalvin."

" Daddy can you come pick us up? We want to see you."

" If it's okay with your mom."

" Wow that's a first ", she thought to herself.
