Chapter 50~ Nathan & Annie

Annie's POV

I stood there with Kristin talking about god knows what. At first we were talking about dogs, now we're talking about sloths. She says Nathan looks just like a sloth. I don't know I can kinda see it?

"I mean just look at him!" Kristin said pointing to Nathan across the room, "Just like a sloth!"

I laughed and hit her arm taking a sip of my strange juice.

"What even is this?" I asked Kristin swirling the straw around.

"You're drinking it and you don't know what it is? Jesus. It's a margarita."

I spit the margarita that was in my mouth and gagged. I set the drink down on the table as Kristin laughed hysterically. I was not a fan of alcohol or margaritas. Sam came over to Kristin and they quickly had a make out session. I wrinkled my nose and walked away, crashing into Nathan.

"Oh hey babe." He smiled that bright smile of his.

"Hey sloth!"

He looked at me and knitted his eyebrows together as if I were crazy. I couldn't help but laugh my ass off at his reaction.

"K-Kristin.. calls.. you t-that." I said in between giggles.

He rolled his eyes, "Of course."

Suddenly a slow song started blasting through the speakers.

Nathan looked at me and smirked, he stuck his hand out towards me, "May I have this dance?"

I giggled and took his hand. I then wrapped my arms around his neck as he placed his on my torso. I swayed back and forth with him, smiling big and widely. I looked around at my friends and their couples and saw they were all dancing. It was really cute actually.

"Hey An." Nathan cooed looking down at me since he was taller.

"Yes Nate." I smiled.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

He slowly started leaning in and then our lips touched. I could feel butterflies erupt in my stomach. I felt like we were the only people in the world. Our lips moved in sync together as he pulled me closer. It was perfect till his phone started singing.

He pulled away, "Sorry gotta take this."

I sighed. I bet it's management again. I followed behind him as he walked outside to listen more clearly.

"Hello?" He said into the phone.

Nathan's POV

"Hello?"

"Hi Mr.Sykes!" It was my manager Scooter Braun.

"Hey what's up Scott. This better be good I had to stop dancing with my girlfriend for you."

"Oh trust me it's great!"

I waited for him to answer as I picked at my fingernail. I wanted to be dancing with my Annie.

"The Wanted is going on tour."

I started choking on my own spit, "What!" I shouted.

He laughed, "Yup, it's Justin's tour."

"Justin Bieber?" I shouted even more excited.

He said an 'mhm' and I started jumping like a little kid. Im touring with Justin Drew Bieber. That kid is nothing but talent.

"It's a world tour."

I nodded but then realized he couldn't see me, "Can't wait! Thank you so much Scott."

"Anytime. I'll let you go back to your girlfriend."

I could just see him smirking. I was about to hang up when something came into my head.

"Wait are we the only opening act?"

"Oh no! I forgot to tell you." I got even more excited wondering who it could be.

"It's Ariana Grande!" My eyes widened and my jaw hit the floor.

"I'll call you soon. Bye Nathan." He hung up and I stayed there with no words.

I have to see Ariana every single day, travel with her, sing with her, and act like I like her.

"Everything okay?" I heard a soft voice from behind me.

I turned around and saw Annie walking towards me.

"So you're going on tour with the famous Justin Bieber." She smiled at me wrapping her arms around my neck.

I nodded slowly still in shock.

"Great! Who else?"

I stayed silent not even wanting to mention that whores name.

"Babe?"

I shook my head and looked into her sea blue eyes.

"Im sorry.. I'm just so shocked and mad."

"Why?" She furrowed her eyebrows at me.

"Ariana's another opening act."

Annie's smile fell to the ground. She broke eye contact with me and looked at the floor. Her arms left my neck and she slouched over.

"Wow." Was all she said.

"I promise I won't let her touch me okay babe?" I said wrapping my arms around her from behind, kissing her neck.

"What if she tries to take you away from me?" She said turning around and looking at me.

"She won't."

"Lets not talk about this now. Lets go back in." I smiled at her and took her hand. We walked back inside and the slow song was now over.

They were playing the song that me and Ariana wrote and sang together once. It's called Almost Is Never Enough. Back then when we weren't dating, but we were really close friends. I had big feelings for her but she was dating Jai Brooks from the janoskians. But as we were thinking of song ideas Jai broke up with her. So she wrote the song about him. And I wrote some parts about her.

Soon she started getting feelings. Then we started dating. But as soon as I saw Annie again at the hospital my feelings changed completely. I fell in love with her. And I still am.

My phone started buzzing in my pocket as I was about to go get a drink.
