So I felt like this fanfic deserve some proper closure or ending. Because I just read some comments and stuffs and I really think you guys deserve this for supporting this.
Okay, let us start.
I found my old notebook where I kept the notes plus the timeline of this fic and I was actually surprised. It was really well detailed, and I started wondering why I ended this.
Timeline:
1. Nagisa got injected with the fluid that enables him to transform. Akari living with Yanagisawa time
2. Fight with his parents which made him move to the woods.
3. Spends his time in the woods plus school thing in which he got expelled.
4. Akari and Nagisa bonding time.
5. The star lockets plus the chocolate stars.
6. Aguri's death.
7. Nagisa and Akari parting time.
8. Akari gets experimented on, the transforming fluid.
9. She fails to escape, loses memories.
10. New identity, Akari became Kayano.
Notes:

Well turns out this guy has an entire identity. He is the one who injected the fluid to Nagisa. Because in this AU, the Shiota family was funding Yanagisawa's research facility, and ??? Is Yanagisawa's subordinate. Because of his romantic attraction to Aguri, he blames Koro-sensei and the Shiota family for her death (Even though Yanagisawa is the one who was responsible for that). He believes Akari feels the same so he injects her with the tentacle thingy.
× Okay now for that colorful box... So what's inside that are the pictures Akari left behind, her star locket, and a note explaining what happened to her. Underneath all that is Yanagisawa's research notes which ??? Really needs. The box as you all know can only be opened by Nagisa.
Now that, that all is discussed let's all go to the supposed story plot.
• So after Takaoka's arc ???'s identity is revealed and Nagisa got triggered and tried to attack him as well. But due to ???'s slick words he was able to escape.
• Filler chapters
•Mae talked to Kayano about Nagisa. Saying that she must make a move since Nagisa is too dense.
•Failed attempts of Kayano confessing.
• Fake God of Death time.
• Plot proceeds as normal but in this part the Fake God of Death was defeated by ???, ??? Continues to trigger the Shiota siblings plus subtle nudges at Kayano:
"You never know, someone might break and reveal something really grim."
• Valentines
•Kayano reveal time.
•The kiss scene but here Akari stabs Nagisa on the shoulder when she went berserk.
•Tension between the two, making the class make some moves to make them both talk.
•Plans failed
•The Karma vs. Nagisa scene but here, Nagisa accidentally reveals his other form.
•Class drama
•Kayano and Nagisa finally talks before they performed the space thing.
•They talk a lot, kiss, then talk more, then more kisses.
•They're together now.
•Nagisa calls Kayano Akari now.
•Same ending as the manga and anime.
•Koro-sensei dies together with ???
Yay.
