[Pandora]
After giving Fletcher a kiss, he climbed into his Jeep to go back to his house to follow the other guys to the camp ground. What I didn't tell him, however, was that Arabella had convinced me to go to Santa Monica with her. I had a strange suspicion that he wouldn't like if I went without him. I went back inside and went to my room to change. I put on a black bikini top with galaxy bottoms and swim shorts, slipped on an All Time Low t-shirt, and grabbed my bag. I had sunscreen, a UCLA towel, and a change of clothes. I slipped on my flip-flops, grabbed my phone and aviators, and turned to Arabella. She had gotten ready half an hour ago in her white toms, denim shorts, and white kimono that covered her American flag bikini.
"I put my bag in your car. I figured we'd take yours since you've got a convertible."
I nodded, and followed her out the door.
Once we got there, I saw several Beta Theta Pi guys.
"Arabella, did you know they'd be here?"
Her reply wasn't given time to come out before the guy she'd been hanging out with came over.
"Hey Arabella! Glad you made it! And you brought Pandora, too! Hi, I'm Luke."
"Uh, you're the Beta guy that held Calum back a few days ago."
"Yeah, Cal has a bit of an asshole streak. I have no idea what's up with him. But, I promise that once you talk to him and crack that exterior, he's a giant warm gummy bear that's been in your pocket all day."
"W-was that a Ferris Buller reference?" I asked.
"Yup. Sure was."
Arabella was silently watching our exchange, and glanced between us.
I cracked a grin. "Okay, I guess Beta Theta Pi guys aren't all bad."
Luke smiled back. It was like he was transparent to see inside him, and I actually believed he didn't have bad intentions for Arabella.
