•Levi's POV•
After that day when we chased the fatty all the way to the fence and dumped out his things he never returned. His p.e. locker and locker were cleaned out.

As much as I hate to admit it I'm gonna miss teasing him. I guess I'll just have to find someone else to pick on instead of Eren.

I was graduating. I was wearing my traditional cap and gown. Names were called up to the stage as they each got there diplomas and other awards. After a few moments I was called.

I walked to the stage, accepted the diploma and awards, and gave a speech. After I was finished we all threw are caps into the air.

I rushed through the white hall ways. I got to the patients room. I started to get to work using all of the tools and equipment needed. After a few hours the surgery was finished. I thanked my assistants and took off my blood covered apron and gloves. We had saved another life.

I was the head doctor/surgeon at the Jeager hospital. The hospital was very prestigious and well know. My father also owns the hospital. When he retires it will be passed down to me.

I walked to my office on the 4th floor. I had someone who was coming in for an interview. If they passed they were going to start out as my personal assistant. They would bring me coffee and stuff like that and would watch me deal with my patients. After I think there responsible I will let them help with patients.

I fixed my white coat and straightened my clothes and tie. My father was ready and siting on the couch in my office.

After an hour I walked out into the waiting room. Sitting in one of my seats was one of my patients Petra. She had skin issues and was here to talk about the progress she's made and what more I needed to prescribe to her.

In the other seat was Pixis. He was another patient. He had spider veins and wanted help getting rid of them. In one more seat was a raven haired man with sharp silver eyes holding paper work.

I asked my father to deal with Petra as I took care of Pixis. After 38 minutes we were done with the both of them. My father sat on the couch and I called in the raven haired man.

He sat down in front of my desk and handed me files.
Name
Levi Ackerman
Age
26
Gender
Male
Information
Went to college for 6 years in medical and surgery. Has had mostly A's and B's throughout school. Had a scholarship for college. Blah blah blah................blah blah blah blah and so on.

I finished reading then decided to ask him some questions to see how much he knows and what not. "Mr.Ackerman why did you choose to have this as a job?" He thought for a moment before answering.

"My father was terribly sick when I was a teenager, and most of my free time was spent in a caregiving role. I admit I surprised myself by how fulfilling I found it. Even though I missed a lot of social events, it instilled in me a drive to provide that level of care to others, which I've done throughout my career." I nodded and thought of another question.

"Why should I hire you." He answered with this. "I would be a good fit because your mission of putting the patient before anything else is exactly how I think all health care should be provided. In addition, experience in working with underserved populations gives me the advantage of being familiar with a wide variety of perspectives. Finally, my demonstrated work on committees will help strengthen your organization's commitment to active internal leadership." I nodded again at his answer as I asked another question.

"Tell me about a time you disagreed with a coworker." He thought and then replied. "A new specialist who was brought onto our care team disagreed with the approach we were taking with a cancer patient, wanting to pursue a more aggressive treatment. However, the family and patient had already made it clear that they were ready to look at palliative options. I made a commitment to talk with the specialist briefly when we were both free. We met and I went over some information about ensuring the patient and family have a voice in the care team, and the specialist appreciated the reminder. We ended up pursuing the original plan I'd laid out." I asked another question.

"What was your biggest career mistake or failure?" He answers "I learned the hard way about how to manage night shifts. I was so used to managing day shifts that I realized there was a whole culture of the night shift that I was unfamiliar with. On top of that, the hours were killing me. But I paid attention to my more seasoned colleagues and did some real soul-searching about how I could better handle managing the job. My first 2 months were tough, but after I made a few key adjustments, I got to really like that job at that time." I asked one more question.

"What do you see as the future of heath care?" His reply was "With a wider variety of providers on care teams operating at the top of their licenses, I think it will be vital to pay attention to every perspective. Collaborative and connectivity apps will help providers build a cohesive team in patient care."

I thought about all of his answers and his files carefully after some time and conversing with my dad I had decided. "Wonderful job Mr.Ackerman your hired. You will start tomorrow as my assistant."
