POOL PARTY!!!

~Chapter 6~

|Kimberly's POV|

After breakfast, I ran upstairs with Mahogany and we dashed into my room. "Did we buy bathing suits yesterday?" I asked. Mahogany nodded and walked into my closet.

"Yeah, I got you a few." Mahogany said as she came back with three bathing suits. One was a light neon green two-piece with blue polkadots, another was blue white and purple swirl pattern two-piece, and the third one was a rainbow colored one piece with white swim shorts.

I selected the rainbow one and Mahogany left me alone so I could get changed.

When I left my room, Mahogany was wearing a bright pink and black stripped bikini. She wasn't wearing makeup, which made her look a lot younger, and she had her cat ears on her head.

"Let's go!" She laughed as she took my hand and basically dragged me down the stairs.

When we reached the bottom of the stairs, all the boys looked at us and my cheeks turned completely red. "Alright, let's hit the pool!" Carter exclaimed as the boys ran outside and jumped into the pool.

Mahogany led me over to he stairs and I slowly adjusted to the water as I walked in step by step, until I reached the last one. I jumped in the water, which was up to my neck and I went under.

I opened my eyes underwater and blinked to adjust them to the chlorine.

To be honest, it didn't hurt at all to open them underwater, so I went up for air and started swimming. I reached the deep end of the pool and swam all the way to the bottom.

It was nice and peaceful down there, but soon I had to come to the surface for more air.

I looked out to see what everyone else was doing and I almost broke out into laughter.

Shawn and Aaron had water guns, and they were squirting everybody in sight. Carter was holding a bucket of water balloons and tossing them into the pool while everyone else was playing with the pool floaties.

Suddenly, someone grabbed me from behind and I almost screamed, but I saw that it was just Matt. "You having fun?" He grinned. I nodded in response and he smiled. "Good." He said before he looked like he had a great idea.

"Cannonball contest!" He shouted as he climbed out of the pool with everyone else. I followed him and stood beside Mahogany. "Okay, Nash, your first." Matt said as Nash jumped in. Next was Taylor, then Jacob, then Carter, then Brent, then Cameron and then Mahogany.

When it was Hayes's turn, the other boys ganged up on him and pushed him into the pool, which made everyone laugh.

Finally, it was my turn and everyone was watching me.

I ran towards the edge of the pool and jumped, but I landed in the water with the smallest splash anyone has ever seen. When I surfaced for some air, everyone pulled me into a hug. "Aww, that was soooo cute!" JackJ said and my face went as red as a tomato.

After we were swimming for 2 hours straight, I came back in the house and changed into my pajamas. They were green silky pants and a white baggy t-shirt. I walked downstairs and turned on the TV before I sat down on the couch.

Sooner or later, I found myself drifting off, and then I was asleep.

Also, I've been reading another adopted by Magcon story, and I heard that there was someone stealing their ideas.

So to the person who was stealing ideas, come on, bro, there's no reason to steal. I bet if you came up with your own ideas, your story will turn out awesome! But if someone was reading both stories, that person wouldn't want to read them if they had the same ideas.

So please, make your own story yours. :)
