|Matt's POV|

I was sitting out in the lobby with all of the other guys. We brought Poppy along, but she had to stay in her cage. Annie sat in the seat next to me with my arm around her as we all sat in silence.

The nurse came in with a clipboard and she looked around. "Espinosa?" She asked as she looked around. I raised my hand like a kid in preschool. "Me." I said as I kissed Annie's cheek and stood up.

"Your daughter, Kimberly isn't doing too well..." She started, and my eyes widened. I grabbed her by her shirt collar and looked her in the eye. "If she dies, I swear to god-" "Bae!" Annie exclaimed as she grabbed my arm and tried pulling me away from the nurse.

I let go and the nurse backed away. I turned to Annie and I hugged her tightly, crying on her shoulder as the nurse left.

|Kimberly's POV|

My body was numb, and I felt something on my face. When I opened my eyes to see what it was, a bright light was glaring at me and I closed them tightly. "She's awake!" A doctor exclaimed as I heard footsteps.

My breath quickened as I tried to see where I was, but I couldn't open my eyes because of the light above me. "No, calm down, it's the doctor." He said, and I turned my head to the side, slightly opening my eyes to see a blurry figure beside me.

"I'm here to help, you had an extreme allergic reaction to peanuts, and we were sure you wouldn't make it. Stay still while we give you more medicine." He said as he picked up my limp left arm.

There was something sharp pressed against it, and my blood had a heartbeat, but it faded after a moment. I was guessing that he gave me a shot. "Can you turn off this light? I can't see..." I tried to say, but my voice came out rough and quiet. "Don't talk, you'll only loose more energy." The doctor said.

"But you'll need to stay here overnight, so it's best to get some sleep. You can see your family tomorrow." He said as he turned off the lights and headed for the door.

I finally opened my eyes and saw that I was in a small hospital room with one window beside my bed. I sighed and stared at the ceiling, feeling sleep coming over me.

So she's in the hospital, and she can't see Matt until tomorrow. How will this work out? What will happen? The world may never know... Lol, just kidding :)
