Labor

4 months Later
PERRIE'S POV
I woke up to a excruciating pain at the side of my stomach. I sat up but it hurt more, I let out a cry in pain, which woke Jade up. "Baby, what's wrong?" She asked shocked and scared. "I-I ahhh!" I started but another pain, I felt sick so I went to stand up but just then I felt a large amount of wetness travel down my legs. "Jade." I cried. She was instantly at my side. "It's okay, you're okay. Let's just go to the car." She helped me up but another pain traveled up my side so I cooled over and fell to the floor. "Come on Baby, the quicker we are in the car, the quicker the pain will be over." She whispered in my ear. I'm guessing this is what labor feels like. "Jadey it hurts." I cried and sobbed into her shoulder whilst trying to stand up. "I know baby, I know." She said trying to comfort me. I glanced at the clock to check the time 1.30am. Well this is going to be a long day.
When we finally got to the car, after getting our shoes on and a quick bag, Jade helped me with my seat belt and rushed to her side. "It's okay baby." She rubbed my hand, whilst I just cried in pain. Another contraction split up my side which made me scream out. "Come on Pez, it's okay." She tried to stay calm for me but I could tell she was freaking inside. It was a 10 minute drive to the hospital, I was a mess the whole way, constantly screaming, crying and just being absolutely terrified. "Okay, we're here baby, stay there I'll come and help you." Jade said as she got out the car, seconds later, she was aiding me out of the car. I clung to her neck as she pulled me up. "There we go." She whispered and kissed my head, the nicest comfort I could have right now. We walked slowly into the hospital, as soon as we got there, we were met by nurses and a wheelchair. I sat down but started crying more. "It's okay Perrie." Jade said rubbing my shoulder as we were rushed through the hospital. "R-ring S-Sophie." I sobbed. "I will but you need to be safe first." She said again and reached for my hand. Another contraction hit me and I screamed. "Keep breathing Miss Edwards." A nurse said whilst rubbing my shoulder but I moved away from her touch. "They aren't going to hurt you Perrie." Jade said, kissing my head. I nodded and settled down again. I got moved onto a bed and hooked up to machines then given some pain killers. Time for a long night.

JADES POV
We have been here for 4 hours now, Perrie kept drifting in and out of sleep but always woke up from a contraction. I kept hold of her all the time though. Sophie joined us about an hour ago, she was getting us some food now. Just then Perrie sat up screaming. She reached for her stomach, and her legs. "They're coming Jade." She cried. A wave of panic washed through me. "Okay, I'll get the nurse. You're okay." I ran out and grabbed the closest nurse, she came back in 5 minutes later with 4 midwives and a Doctor. "Okay Perrie let me just have a check and then we'll continue. The main midwife said, I could tell Perrie was terrified for them to touch her even though they have been for the last 4 hours right now she isn't in the best mindset. "Let them do it baby, it's okay." I ran my hands across her sweaty brow and kissed it. She nodded and opened her legs. "Sh**!! It's coming!" The midwife shouted, just then the room was so full of hustle and bustle, it was hard to keep up. "Okay Perrie, take a deep breath, push for 10 rest for 8." The midwife said, Pez nodded and reached for my hand. I locked eyes with her and smiled. She smiled at me weakly. "It's okay." I whispered and kissed her head. "Okay Perrie, push..." Perrie scrunched up her face and pushed, "1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...10." Pez screamed. She squeezed my hand so tight it felt like it was going to burst but I can't imagine the pain she was in so I didn't complain. "Wow well done, love. Maybe just one more and you'll have your first child." The midwife said smiling. "Oh sh**, what did I miss?" Sophie said walking in, "'It's okay soph, just comfort Pez." I laughed, she nodded and held Perrie's other hand. "Okay... push. 1...2...3...4...5...6...7...8...9...10." Just then a cry echoed through the room, I smiled knowing my beautiful girlfriend just gave birth to our beautiful daughter. Perrie let out a relived sigh. "You did it." I smiled, but she shook her head. "There's still another one." She sighed. "You did one then," I laughed she nodded. "Can you open your legs again sweetheart." The nurse said. She did as she asked, "Okay it looks like your other daughter wants out. Are you ready to push?" She asked sweetly. Perrie nodded. Just then I was handed my child. I gasped at how beautiful she was, the nurses had cut her cord and cleaned her up so she was clean and wrapped in a pink blanket.
