Perrie miscarriaged over 3 weeks ago and we recently bought a new house. Perrie sat down with me last week and we had a long chat about children, we both agreed we want more so we talked to someone one with social services and they got back to us yesterday. They are coming to the house today and we get to meet this boy.

He is called Charlie, he is very cute. He is 4 years old, his eyes are shocking blue, he has blonde curly hair and is just adorable. He was found on the streets and no adults have looked for him so we all presumed they were dead.

It has just gone 1pm and the social services woman will be here in 10 minutes, we were all dressed smartly and I had dressed Luna and Lyla in matching dresses. Perrie was so excited and it was so cute. However, we have been warned he is very shy and not at all trusting with other people. We've also been warned that he isn't potty trained, he can't read or write, he also doesn't know how to use a knife and fork. I just want to help him now.

KNOCK KNOCK.

"Ahh, he's here." Perrie squealed. "Babe, calm down, he's shy don't scare him off when he isn't even ours yet." I laughed and held her shoulders, she nodded but ran to answer the door, I followed close behind. I had Lyla in my arms and Luna running by my feet.

"Hello." I heard Pez exclaim as she opened the door. "Hello, are you Miss Thirlwall?" the social worker asked Perrie. "Oh no, that's my girlfriend." She laughed and I opened the door so she could see me. "Ah so you are Miss Edwards?" She asked again. "Yes that is me." Perrie laughed. The social worker held out her hand. "Well, I'm Jane, nice to meet you both, this is Charlie." She pointed at the young boy stood in front of her, he was even cuter in real life.  "Hi Charlie." I said and bent down to his height. "I'm Jade and this is Perrie." I said and held out my hand, he was hesitant but highfived me instead of shaking my hand. I just laughed. "Ava?" I heard him whisper as he saw Luna and Lyla. "No, this is Luna and this is Lyla." I said and pointed to each one. "Oh." He whispered again but I could see tears in his eyes. Who was Ava? "Would you like to come in?" Perrie asked, "Oh yes thank you." Jane exclaimed and pushed Charlie through the door gently.

We walked into the living room and Jane and Charlie followed. "So girls, tell me a bit about your family." Jane said and made herself comfortable on our settee, whilst Charlie just stood at the door awkwardly. "Would you like to sit on a beanbag?" I asked him, he nodded and smiled. I walked to the corner and picked it out and then handed it him. "Thank you." He whispered. I sat next to Perrie because I could tell she suddenly went uncomfortable from the mention of family. "Well, me and Jade have been together just over 2 years now and the twins are 1 and a half." Perrie said. "Ahh you rushed your relationship deciding to get pregnant that quick." Jane whispered. Perrie looked at me. "Actually, it wasn't her intention to get pregnant." I spoke up and gripped Perrie's hand. "Oh my, I'm so sorry, it was completely disrespectful to assume things. I'm honestly so sorry." She said with her hand over her heart. "It's okay honestly, just a touchy subject." I replied. Perrie cleared her throat. "Would you like a drink?" She asked. "Oh yes please." Jane said, she was clearly still embarrassed about saying what she said. "Tea?" Perrie asked. "Please." Jane said, Perrie turned to me, "Just water please Pez." I said, she nodded and turned to Charlie. "would you like a drink Charlie?" She asked. "Erm,yes please." he whispered and coiled into the beanbag. "What would you like?" Perrie asked sweetly. "Can I have water please?" He asked. "of course." Perrie smiled and walked off. "Girls, go and help Mama." I said to Luna and Lyla, they got up from their toys and ran to the kitchen after Perrie.
