Theas POV

We were both silent as me and Kay walked down the empty streets.

I pulled her down a side alley and we hopped a fence. The second I saw what was around the corner I knew what we needed to do.

"Come on" I said as I pulled her arm towards my idea.

We went through another side street and alley before hopping a wall and some wire fence.

I stood staring proudly at the derelict building in front of me. I knew that Kay's mind was reeling with questions behind me.

I turned to face her and opened my arms out with a grin. "Welcome home!"

Kay crossed her arms "Okay Thea, what the fuck. I knew whatever idea you had in your head was going to be crazy, because they always are, but what the fuck"

I raised my eyebrows and held my grin. "Don't you get it? Jesus ya eejit. Right, it's a empty building. It's away from sight. It's big. It's open. No one knows we are here..." I trailed off hoping for her to catch on.

"Oh mo dhia, just fucking say it already!" She exclaimed loudly.

I rolled my arms and ran off into the house, waiting for her to follow. "Oh for fuck sake Thea!"

I climbed the rickety, dodgy staircase up to the third floor. I stopped in my tracks and stared out among the wood.

Kay bumped into the back of me, breathing heavily. "What is it- Oh" she cut herself off, staring around the vast room.

The whole floor was one open room, the whole size of the building. It was wooden flooring, with a few dusty couches lying around. Birds flew out as soon as I stepped into the middle of the room.

"Kay, it's perfect" I smiled, glancing around the dark and dreary room.

Kay squealed and ran to me, hugging me "Thea you fucking genius!" She then pulled back from the hug "dont get used to me calling you that, it was a once off"

I rolled my eyes but couldn't hide my excitement.

"Right, tusú ag obair" I rolled up my sleeves and pulled my hair into a quick ponytail.
("Start working")

"Right, so let's move all the unwanted shit into a corner and then we can see how big this whole place is"

We lifted all the couches, random chairs and even broken air conditioner over to a corner.

"This is gonna be fucking unreal" I stated to Kay.

After cleaning up the place, with a few borrowed cleaning stuff, we sat back on the couch that we had placed a clean sheet over after washing, and sighed.

"Fuck me, that was hard" Kay nodded her head in agreement and wiped sweat from her forehead.

"I really need to get out more" she said while taking a drink.

I shrugged, "I tried to get you to go to the gym with me but you were having none of it"

She scoffed, "and have all them lads stare at my ass and all the girls go around in skimpy bras and short shorts, just to show off not even to work out? No thanks" I have her a look.

"You know that the CrossFit gym wasn't like that"

She rose a brow at me, "Sure the only reason you got into the gyms is because it was free because of Gray" she cut herself off.
