Chapter 10: Spyro saves Cynder

A.N: First before we start this next chapter I want to let all of you know that I am not in the best of moods this week. Reasons being, A) my aunt passed away last Sunday on the 11th, and her funeral was today. B) My great grandfather has also passed away, yesterday. But, my family can't go to his funeral because of money issues. And C) A death on top of a death in my family really changes ones life and personality. So I may not be as quick with the updates with my stories. Anyway thanks for understanding everyone and I promise you all that I will do my best to post new chapters for all of my stories when I have the chance. Keep on rocking and changing the world everyone. Anyways, on to the story.

Narrator's POV:
Welcome back young adventurers to the Dragon Realm, we left off with Dark Cynder and Spyro fighting each other and Spyro's fire emblem necklace has started to reverse the darkness take over spell that was cast on Cynder. What will happen when the spell is complete? And, why did Spyro's scales turn gold? Does it have something to do with his parentage? Or is it something even deeper than that? Spyro's POV:
As Dark Cynder and I continued to fight I was still on the defensive while she furiously attacked me and caused me to have more cuts and loose more of my blood, but with the discovery of my healing ability I was fine. My scales became golden for some reason but that didn't matter now, what does matter is saving Cynder from the darkness that has warped her and trapped her within the darkness. "I will kill you Spyro!" shouted Dark Cynder as she continuously attacked me even though I healed up faster and faster, then I knew that my fire emblem around my neck has fully prepared the darkness removal spell so just as Dark Cynder came at me for another attack I grabbed her paws and held her close so that I could cast the spell. "Evomer eht ssenkrad taht detpurroc siht s'eno thgil, dna tel rieht thgil eb deerf morf eht ssenkrad ecno niaga os taht yeht yam evil rieht sevil eht yaw s'ti desoppus ot eb!" I said and the fire emblem shined even brighter and Dark Cynder screamed and then everything went black.

(Quick note of the spell I used for the darkness removal spell, I first didn't know how to make up a spell for it but then I used my word document program to type out the spell you see above. 'Evomer eht ssenkrad taht detpurroc siht s'eno thgil, dna tel rieht thgil eb deerf morf eht ssenkrad ecno niaga os taht yeht yam evil rieht sevil eht yaw s'ti desoppus ot eb' which actually means, when you fix the whole thing into its correct order of reading, 'Remove the darkness that has corrupted this one's light, and let their light be freed from the darkness once again so that they may live their lives the way it's supposed to be.' So there you have the spell I used now back to the story.)

Time Skip Two days later
Spyro's POV:
When I woke up I felt like I was ran over by a big snow golem on a rampage, I tried to move but then Dagor came into the room and saw that I was awake, "Spyro, you've finally woke up. You seem to be doing better than the doctors said you were. Your injuries have all healed up somehow all by themselves. It seems like you have become even stronger than I would have thought possible. And they said there was another dragon with you when they found you. Can you tell me who it was." said Dagor, "It was your daughter, Cynder. But she went by Dark Cynder and we fought, well she fought me but I was on the defensive the whole time while drawing magical energy to cast that spell you gave me to save her." I said. As I continued to tell Dagor everything that happened during the fight I realized that I was really hungry. "Your hungry aren't you." said Dagor, I nodded my head and he just smiled, "Well you've been out cold for two whole days and nights so you may be a little weak until you regain your strength and eat some food." said Dagor. I couldn't believe that I was out cold for two whole days, "Wait, where's Cynder?" I asked, "She's in the ICU, but they said she's doing better and are moving her out of the ICU into a regular room when she wakes up. Also, I want you to protect her for me since I won't be able to be around much to catch up with her." said Dagor. "Alright, I can do that." I said, he smiled and so did I then we left the room to go to the cafeteria for something to eat.
