"I have to prepare myself to face Raman again in life. I know its going to be hard, but I have to do it. Sirf Ruhi ke liye", Ishita thought. Ishita was given sweets by Mihika, Amma and Appa. They were so happy, as their dream of seeing Ishita getting married was going to come true. Ishita smiled. Toshi discussed with the Iyers saying that they should go to the temple the following day. Toshi came back to the Bhalla house and went straight into the kitchen. Simmi saw Toshi entering the house and she went to her. Toshi had a straight face on.
Simmi: Mumma kya hua? You went there and you're back and straight into the kitchen.
Toshi: Ruhi kahan hai?
Simmi: She went to Pammi aunty's house to play with the kids.
Toshi nodded. Simmi wanted an answer from Toshi.
Simmi: Mumma bolo did Ishita say no? Is that why your face looks upset?
Raman heard the word Ishita and he came out of the room. Prakash came out few seconds later. Raman predicted that Ishita had denied.
Raman: Maa I told you this wouldn't work out. I knew she would say no-
Toshi stuffed a whole laddu inside Raman's mouth. Raman looked at her confused.
Simmi: Mumma answer our question first.
Toshi: Shaadi Mubarak puttar.
Raman chewed and ate the laddu. The moment he heard the word Mubarak he choked. He gulped down a glass of water and looked at her confused.
Raman: Shaadi?
Toshi: Haan shaadi. Tumhari aur Ishita ki. She agreed for the marriage.
Raman stood rooted to his place. He did like her, and he realized he fell for her the moment she was ready to sacrifice her life for his daughter. But he never expected Ishita to agree for the marriage. She faced Raman's rejection when he married Shagun. He wondered how Ishita agreed for this marriage. "Maybe she's still in love with me", Raman thought.
Simmi: Sachi?
Toshi: Haan but don't tell anything to Ruhi yet. Ishita told that she would tell Ruhi herself once she's fine. Tomorrow we're going to the temple early in the morning. But Ishita said she'll go once she's fine. So Raman, you and Ruhi go together with her. You send Ruhi to school tomorrow okay?
Raman: Haan okay.
At night,
Simmi informed Pathak that Ishita had agreed to marry Raman. When Pathak heard it, he almost dropped his phone, but Trisha held on time. Trisha convinced Pathak to talk to Ishita and asked if she's really happy with the decision. Pathak drove to the Iyers. He greeted them and went to Ishita's room to meet her. He saw her on the bed with her favorite book, Custody, by Manju Kapur. (Yes y'all can buy me the book and post it to me :) I can't seem to find it in any bookstores here ugh) He closed the door and went to her. He smiled and tapped on her shoulder. Ishita got startled, but she smiled seeing it was none other than Pathak. He smiled and gave her a brotherly hug.
Pathak: So you didn't feel like telling me? When were you planning to do it?
Ishita: Tell what?
Pathak: That you're getting married to Raman?
Ishita: Oh... Simmi told you uh?
Pathak nodded. He noticed Ishita's face changing.
